Updated rooms and looks nice
Buttons on the remotes. Elevators. Almost every button had to be pushed fairly hard for it to work. Also we had to make three trips to the front desk one after another because our room keys wouldn’t work

Good location, good price, great restaurant, and great staff!! - Not to mention the comfortable and clean rooms! Applause is always our go to choice when we have an overnight flight stopover in Calgary

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Free shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay again when needing a room by YYC

We have stayed here on a previous trip. Excellent parking. Great rooms with a very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. We have recommended this hotel to others!!!

restaurant is excellent
we have stayed here many times. The quality/value for money has deteriorated over the past couple years. we have noticed that many of the amenities have been eliminated yet there is still an amenity tax/fee.

It was confy and close to the airport
The heater made noises like water drops falling. It was not that loud but it would be great if you could check it out and fix it.

overnight before flying and it was very comfortable. Shuttle on time and efficient.

The bedroom is very good. The breakfast pancakes were amazing! I liked the bar in the hotel as well.
Some noise during the night. The acoustic wasn't good. The hot tub doesn't need to book to go, so you don't have any privacy.
