改装中で、２つあるうちの一つが業者用になっていて、なかなか来ないです。

This Holiday Inn had an amazing location in Chelsea. It was a walkable distance to Chelsea Market and there were subway stops at a short enough distance away as well. The room was clean and very well-lit. The breakfast had a great variety of hot foods and other options like yogourt and cereal. It was nice that there was always one gluten-free option for breakfast as well so that my Celiac wife could eat and enjoy the food. Staff were always very friendly and fast whenever we needed more towels, soap, etc. The bed was comfortable. There was also a microwave and mini-fridge that we could use.

UPDATE: After we checked out, we saw that we were charged almost half a full night's stay with no explanation. Even upon contacting the property, Holiday Inn NEVER responded. Thank goodness for the customer service agents at Booking.com who were able to contact the property on our behalf and were able to get a refund for us. This is very disappointing and honestly really made us lose trust in Holiday Inn...before we would have said that we would definitely return, but now we have changed our minds. We could hear some noise pretty easily if people were talking in the hallway, but nothing was heard between rooms. Breakfast tables can be hard to get depending on what time you arrive, so be wary of that!

It was a short walk from Madison Square Garden, room was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The blow dryer did not work but within a few minutes a new one arrived. Breakfast was surprisingly very good, hot and great variety.

The check in desk was not too welcoming, not the staff just the layout. The elevator that was operating I was guessing was the service elevator since it looked under repairs the walls were all silver insulation type materials not finished.

La chambre était petite, mais c'est normal, nous sommes à New York ! Elle était par contre très propre, l'eau de la douche très chaude, clim ou chauffage fonctionnent impec, la literie très confortable, calme, au 10ème étage loin des ascenseurs, On n'entendait pas un bruit, ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes de toilettes changées tous les jours, j 'ai pu avoir un sèche cheveux en demandant à la réception ; le petit-déjeuner comportait l'essentiel en sucré ou salé, très bien.

Rien à redire en rapport-qualité prix; si on veut de la moquette plus épaisse, du plus chic et plus confort, il faut monter en prix et payer une chambre ailleurs à 400 dollars

no me gusto el trato de uno de los recepcionistas varones , en especial el primero que me atendió que estaba de turno creo, cuando llegue hacer mi cheking el dia 18 de noviembre por que estaba antes de la hora me puso mala cara no me atendio amablemente , le pregunte por un restaurante cerca mientras corria la hora para mi cheking me dijo que no conocia ninguno despues cuando regrese habia otro señor alto de color blanco ese si era muy amable y hablaba español , el otro no que nos trato mal no hablaba español

It was so close to Penn Station so it was easy to get wherever we needed to go!  The breakfast was full of so many items to choose from. There’s a nice outside seating area that was very relaxing at night. And the hotel staff was AMAZING! We had so many questions about the subway & they were so helpful!!

I wish the room was a little bit bigger, but that was my only complaint!

Too much plastic waste at breakfast. Curtains not good enough to make the room dark. Safe was not ready for use by us. I was unable to use my zero % credit card to pay so we had to use a card that charged us for overseas use (receptionist said this was a problem with your card reader but may be a Booking.com issue).

El desayuno. Aun en covid dan varias cosas a escoger sin que uno entre en contacto con los demas. La cama es bastante comoda.

Los pasillos y el lobby huelen un poco a humo y podrian estar mas limpios. Sin embargo las habitaciones huelen bien. A nivel de ubicacion esta bien, para quien no le importe caminar unos 15 a 20 minutos desde timesquare. Pero en las noches no hay bares ni nada cerca, lo que hace que el barrio sea un poco oscuro, sin embargo mi familia y yo caminamos un par de nochea después de las 10 pm y estuvo ok.

La ubicación es perfecta, todo muy cerca y seguro. Calidad- precio- es muy buena, el desayuno y las instalaciones valen lo que cuesta.

El personal, para el check había un recepcionista grosero y prepotente, la primera impresión fue pésima, el resto de los recepcionistas estuvieron mejor.

It is very bad for a hotel when the breakfast room is extremely small for such a large number of guests - many had to wait for a table to become available. But it's even worse when hotel staff yell at guests, forcing them to rush to finish their breakfast because there is simply no room for other guests to eat breakfast. This is simply unacceptable. For a guest accustomed to European breakfasts, I really missed the usual cheese and ham. The housekeeper often did not update either coffee capsules or tea bags in the room, sometimes even forgetting to put new cups for morning coffee and regular plastic glasses for water. Therefore, several times I had to wait for the housekeeper and ask them to deliver the missing items. Often the employee did not understand English beyond a simple word.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien y la habitación, si bien un poco chica, muy cómoda.

Hubo veces que se juntaba mucha gente en los ascensores.

Only decent part was breakfast

My husband is paralyzed and we were NOT put in the room we requested for his needs. Parking was over a block away. Room was so small his chair barely got into the door.

There is no parking at the hotel. It cost expensive to park at private parking.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were competent and quick to grant requests. It was conveniently located to subway and train stations.

Our room was small, but that's to be expected in Manhattan. The breakfast area was too crowded. They should put more tables outside. The elevators took a long time with people going the wrong way just to get on them.
