Very close to Moscone Convention center and from the Bart train.

The neighborhood is dirty, a lot of homeless and junky people. The street is very noisy during the night, junkies are shouting and playing loud music outside. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

Our junior suite that I booked was not available as it was under construction according to the front desk when I arrived. The room I booked was supposed to sleep five, but the room that they issued only sleep four. My 17 y/o son had to sleep on the floor. The sunset suite was beautiful, but the sleeper couch was uncomfortable for two adults also.

Too many homeless outside and drug addict’s everywhere. Soo many shops closed in the area

The hotel is very dated and needs modernisation.

Location and cleanliness

Windows are not sound proof. Owing to its proximity to main road junction, there was at times a lot of traffic and street noise.

Great location, nice and spacious room, good breakfast. Very quick check-in. Good facilities.

Homeless people right in front of hotel creates a very bad athmosphere. Solution should be found. Breakfast was extra and not included in the price, so we didn't take it often. Hotel gives an impression of mass hotel with little personalized service (for a Hilton hotel). Parking at the garage of the hotel is way too expensive...USD 75/per day? Wow. Absolutely unacceptable. Staff was OK, but not the friendliest.

The hotel location was excellent and the room was nice and large for a family of 5 with 3 young children. The kids loved the pull out sofa and the city views.

I was under the expression breakfast was included. Curtains were broken and floating from toilet wet carpet and terrible staff

- very well located - spatious room

- room was a little dirty - no sheets for the extended couch - we did not have a towel for every member of our family, there were 5 of us and only 3 towels - poor breakfast service - my daugther had breakfast earlier in the morning, and then when she came back to sit with us around an hour later while we were having breakfast, she ate a pancake and the staff made us pay 35$ because she had already eaten breakfast…

I love everything about this hotel. It has amazing views , cleanliness and very conviently located in the middle of everything within walking distance
