Bed was fine hotel was scary. Glad I did it glad it’s over so not worth 300!

It was good and close to tourist destinations.

I had two bookings, one that i cancelled which clearly says cancellation is free and received a confirmation email for the cancellation and the second booking was for my 2 nights stay. When i checked in I was told by the staff that I will be charged for the cancellation because it wasnt cancelled on their end. I was trying to explain and was showing the email of my cancellation but staff wasnt even interested in looking or checking, he just said i will still be charged. Because we were too tired from the long drive, i didnt want to argue that time and just decided to speak to a manager or supervisor when i check out. Good thing when i checked out, the staff that time was nice and checked my booking and said I was not charged. I didnt have any other issues with our stay except for that staff who doesnt deserve to be on the front desk. Front desk staff should be accommodating to guests because they are the ones who welcome guests during their stay.

Mostly unfriendly lobby staff, indifferent to guests. We had to ask for housekeeping, but they forgot; or said that we were not on the list. We asked to be on the list, but they would forget. The five nights stay had only one day of cleaning. Surprisingly, they organized a housekeeping parade during the breakfast, it was pathetic, they did not deserve compliments. One day, the lobby staff said that they would remove the water to avoid guests from getting free water to pay for the bottled ones. Coffee was predominantly cold.

Too expensive despite the location. Would rather pay less for a nicer hotel inconveniently located.

The location was very convenient for my purposes, since I had a conference at the convention center right across the street. The conference organizers recommended this hotel, which was why I chose it.

The breakfast was not good. It was primarily ultra-processed foods that were high in sugar. The only really edible thing was the fruit (although the bananas were too ripe). The staff was nice but noisy and unprofessional. The price was so high that I was expecting a much nicer experience.

Not the best trip I’ve had.

The only good thing about the hotel was the room

The staff had so much attitude and were absolutely insensitive. We went to the pub in the hotel for dinner and waited almost an hour and a half for three meals that were cold and not cooked. Only two out of three elevators were working so many guests were frustrated. And the second day, the food order never came in so there was no hot food and the hotel ran out. The front desk and pub staff were rude and didn’t direct us to a manager when the housekeeping manager was on site all weekend (found out upon checkout when we tried one last time to speak with a manager).

I would recommend!

We loved the location of the hotel. We drove to get there, but while we were getting around the city, we were able to walk or use transit which was no big deal for us because we live in NYC and do it all the time. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great. It was nice and hot with a spa like shower head and no drain clogging which has been experienced in some hotels. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I loved the breakfast staff. They were very sweet.

There was some hair on the towels and the floor of the bathroom, like a couple of strands only, but still there. I didn't like that there was no parking lot for the guests of the hotel. They had valet service that was $47 and change per night. Too expensive in my opinion, but we found a parking garage like 2 blocks down (about 7 min walk from the hotel) that only charged $12 a night on weekends. A much better price and safe location.

Great location and good value

Great location and good value, good breakfast included in the price. Reading Terminal market is only a few minutes walk away where you can find a vast array of food outlets.

Clean, but the breakfast is horrible. No free parking, they would charge you 57$ for it. Crazy

The breakfast experience was horrible. At 8.30 there were already no food, line of people, no milk, no almond milk, nothing to eat literally. Almost impossible to find a free spot for breakfast. Very disorganized.

Stadt der Unabhängigkeitserklärung

Gute Lage recht zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Saubere Zimmer. Ein Parkservice wird angeboten. Nettes Personal welches sich für das bereits vergebene Zimmer entschuldigt hat.

Wie in allen Hotels auf unserer Reise in Amerika typisches sparsames Frühstück. Leider nur Pappteller und Plastik beim Frühstück. Der Parkservice ist wie in allen großen Städten recht teuer. Unser erstes Zimmer war leider bereits vergeben. So mussten wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen und waren nicht mit unseren Freunden zusammen.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bon séjour

Emplacement très bien ,bien qu il soit à la limite d un quartier populaire , calme . Hôtel bien tenu ,propre . Bonne literie . Un plus le petit déjeuner compris ce qui rend le prix de la chambre attractif .

Systeme de chauffage-clim bruyant comme dans dans beaucoup d établissements un peu anciens des centre villes ,semble t il ! On a arrêté la nuit . Le petit déjeuner est compris c est un plus mais de qualité moyenne . L accueil pas très chaleureux, on semble les déranger... mais ce n est pas très grave .

Went over budget

I would look at another hotel

Location

Hotel seemed run down. Valet service parked car was broken into and delivered back in obviously tampered condition (hood was popped with a warning on the dash) with several items stolen, but no sign of forced entry.

My stay was disappointing and I wouldn't go back.

The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good.

The sofa bed mattress in room 818 was very stained with a red substance. My son refused to sleep on the mattress even though I flipped it over to the other side. He put the coach cushions on the floor and made a makeshift bed. These couch cushions were stained also. I can't understand how the rest of the room is current in decor and the sofa bed overlooked. There was also a vape pen inside the sofa bed left by a previous customer. I wonder how many other sofa bed mattresses are stained in the hotel? What about the bed mattresses, are they stained as well? I mentioned what happened on the way out at checkout. The receptionist apologized and offered me Bonus Points. I only wrote this review int he hopes that it might prompt you to be more vigilant about your mattresses.

Relaxing and fun

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for eating and shopping.

I wish the pillows were firmer… but that’s most hotels.

I'm sorry we chose the Hampton. Inn!

Worst experience: My daughter is disabled. She soiled her bed. We asked front desk to change sheets . They did not. Her husband found the linen closet took sheets and towels and cleaned up the room.

We were overcharged compared to what an email from Hampton quoted.

The location was convenient to the convention center

We hadto be up and out before the breakfast service at 6am. The offered bag lunch was unappetizing and stale and the coffee was in the urns was cold and leftover. I have stayed at other comparable hotels in the area where the early breakfast offing was much better

Very convenient place to stay when attemding an event at the convention center.

The chef at dinner far exceeded our expectations.

Clean, quiet,

That guess are forced to pay 50 dollars a night to park at hotel. We already paying to stay at hotel and 50 dollar a night is not fair to the customers. There is no where else to park unless you pay the meters every two hours. It takes away from the enjoyment of your vacation. I won't be staying there again for this reason.
