Ausgezeichnet Lage am Time Square und mehr als ausreichendes und sehr gutes Frühstück. Dies Aussicht vom Frühstückraum und der Lounge und Bar über dem Timesquare ist fabelhaft. Es ist ein Wintergarten im 7 Stock, der Basisebene des Hotels.

Man sollte keine 4 Bettzimmer Buchung machen, das der Schrank nur für 2 Gäste maximal reicht. Besser 2x2 Zimmer zum fast gleichen Preis.

Great location for Times Square. The subway, theatres and park are also conveniently located too.

The fittings seem a bit dated and worn. You pay a lot just for the location and view. Lifts and common areas always seem busy.

Location near to main amenities

Some parts of the room were clean, others less clean (for instance we found a sock on the floor behind the curtain, probably pertaining to previous occupants - it means the carpet was not cleaned in that spot). Carpet is never a good solution for cleanliness, so we suggest to remake rooms without it (when it will be done)

The hotel was very centrally located. We loved that we could see Times Square from our room & the views from breakfast were amazing - Times Square out the two story windows was just breathtaking. Our room was well-appointed; even though there were 4 adults, the room didn't seem small or cramped & we really benefitted from the storage in the closet area (there's a space perfectly-sized for an open suitcase) & have a small fridge. The lights from flashing billboards, etc north of Times Square reminded us we were in the heart of Manhattan, but when we pulled both layers of curtains closed, the room was dark & it was easy to sleep. We were on the 16th floor, so - though we could hear traffic, sirens, etc, it wasn't bothersome. We found the room very clean & bright & comfortable. It was so nice to have a comfy refuge to return to after a long day of exploring NYC. The elevators were fast & we never waited more than a minute or two. The breakfast was absolutely worth the extra cost (we booked a room rate that included breakfast). There were so many options & such good service. We also really liked the whole vibe of the hotel - very trendy & modern, but not so much so that my elderly parents (in their 70's) felt out of place. I agonized over picking a hotel so that all the members of our traveling party would be comfortable & accommodated & I feel like M Social absolutely hit all the marks for us.

The only thing that was less than ideal was when we initially arrived, we didn't understand that we needed to take an elevator up to the check-in lobby. There was no one there to tell us & no signage. Eventually someone came out of the elevator & told us, so we tried to do the same when we were coming in & out & saw people with suitcases in the street lobby.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect om New York te ontdekken. Het ontbijt was super goed en gevarieerd en de kamers waren schoon met een geweldig uitzicht op Times Square. Een echte aanrader voor een week New York!

die Größe und Ausstattung des Badezimmers, die teilweise langen Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen weil man aus der Lobby nochmals 9 Stockwerke bis zum Straßenlevel den Aufzug benutzen muss

Für New Yorker Verhältnisse ein großes Zimmer. Perfekte Lage und ein tolles Frühstück mit super Ausblick. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Tolle Terasse mit Blick auf den Times Square.

The staff is fabulous, the decoration is modern, the location is excellent. The staff is one of the main reasons I will return to this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

A bit noisy but to be expected in Times Square.

The location

The rooms were small, the bathroom in our premium room was not good at all and the cleaning didn’t happen in our room. We left for the day at 11:30am and came back late at night and the room had not been touched at all. It was awful. When we called for cleaning service…we literally were given towels and sheets to change the bed ourselves. Unacceptable. We changed hotels the next day.

The staff were amazing! So warm, welcoming and professional. Right on par to the most elite hotels.

The pillows are comfortable, but could use some replacing. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

We loved the location and the views of Broadway from our window. The personnel is very friendly and quick. Room was clean and spacious.

A noisy private corporate Jameson Inc. party on St.Patricks day in the lounge area with lots of screaming, drunk people and loud music. Terrace was partially closed off for the guests due to this.

Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check in war sehr arrogant und hat uns nicht über die Möglichkeiten des täglichen 10 Dollar Rabattes informiert. Freundlichkeit war nicht die Stärke des Personals.

The location

Having to pay 140$ for parking for 2 days. That should have been included with the price of the room. The prices of the food/drinks were so overpriced The room was basic, not even a microwave or a coffee machine

The view was amazing. The room size was also amazing. The front desk staff was amazing. Also the house keeping ladies were fantastic!! They were so nice and sweet.

The bar staff was rude and slow especially when we tried to redeem our drink credits. It felt that they didn't want to wait on me because I had drink credits and not actually buying a regular cocktail.

Great location! The lobby is large with music always playing but the room was quiet. Great view of Times Square. Get a room ending in 04,03,02,01. Walking distance to all theaters, Times Square, and many restaurants. The subway is half a block away.

Check-in is 4 PM and if the room is ready before that time and you want to check in they charge $100 extra. See the manager and she or he may be able to check you in a little earlier without this fee.

Check in check out was easy, room had a very nice view of Times Square, nice lounge area at reception, daily housekeeping. Room was larger than most you get in NYC. Fast Wifi and could connect TV to phone to watch stuff. Located right next to Times Square theater districe, easy walking distance to attractions.

No coffee maker in room. Also didn't care for having to constantly take elevator to get from street level to the lobby -- this is the way it was built so nothing they can do about it.
