the location was great. it’s close to a lot of restoraunts and the river walk.

the rooms are in need of an update. they are dated but not in a charming way. they are simply old and falling apart the bathroom door did not fully close the shower had someone’s hair stuck to the side the mattress was incredibly hard the room smelled very humid. I understand this is Florida but other hotels have figured out how to control this. the price is not worth it if all you’re getting is the location. there are other properties around that area

The room was small but clean. it had a terrible view of the roof but in an excellent location. The price was too high for what you get and the mattress was overly firm. (Some prefer that). The staff was super friendly and always had a smile.

I thought the price was too high for tohe room you get. The mattress too firm and the room was too small for two people to stay comfortably.

The hotel decor is beautiful and very inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly. We ate at the Boathouse and found the menu and food were appealing. We also ate at the restaurant located within the hotel for breakfast and it was also very good. Menu prices were reasonable. Service was always with a smile. A smoking area was provided with pleasant surroundings feeling like you were in a tropical paradise. A quiet spot for smokers to enjoy their surroundings instead of finding themselves off in a corner.

Very large bathroom but only a small tub & shower combination. The location of the pool was inconvenient as you must cross a street and enter by the restaurant entrance. We had the misfortune of being locked on our 9th floor balcony as the patio door locked behind us when we shut it. This was a little concerning as we didn't have a cell phone with us. Luckily we were able to get the attention of a couple on their balcony who notified security. Within minutes they came and opened the door.

The location and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. The photos for the hotel don’t do it justice, it’s a lot nicer than we were expecting

The room was pleasant but a little dated and could use a freshen, especially replacing the mattress. The room was also located next to the elevator which meant we could hear this throughout the night. As we stayed over New Years the price was expensive
