Дуже зручне розташування, красива локація, старовинна будівля, стильні інтер‘єри. Ми не шукали недоліки, просто насолоджувались містом. Був вибір між готелем у центрі СФ та набережною, не пошкодували про вибір.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Restaurant and bar were only open Thursday to Sunday, and Sunday was a limited menu. Housekeeping is every other day which is fine, however the service is early, if the room is not vacated by 9:30 - 10:00 a message is left and you will get no service that day.

Staff especially receptionists were the WORST WE HAVE EVER SEEN ( and we travelled 54 countries). Please do yourselves a favor and fire them. They damage the reputation of your hotel. They were ( both men ) unmannered, lack of courtesy, lack of empathy, low class behaviour ( would be perfect in a 1 star hotel ), low level of english, totally not at the level you hope your hotel to get one day. Never will we come back again.

Die Lage war natürlich sehr schön. Insbesondere dann, wenn man wie wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Golden Gate Bridge gebucht hat. (erheblicher Aufpreis) Die Cable Car Station direkt vor der Haustür. Alles fussläufig erreichbar, z.Bsp. nach Chinatown oder zum Union Square. Die Lage des Hotels ist sicher, man kann auch nachts ohne Bedenken vor die Haustür gehen. Natürlich liegt das Hotel im touristischen Teil von SF.

Der Zimmerpreis und die Kosten für das parken sind schon wie fast überall in Californien überaus hoch und ist eigentlich nie wirklich gerechtfertigt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist eher durchschnittlich. Bessere Restaurants gibts in direkter fussläufiger Umgebung.

Great staff, very clean comfortable

Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen - direkt am Fisherman's Wharf mit Blick auf die Golden Gate Bridge oder die Bay mit Alcatraz (Achtung, muss explizit so gebucht werden) - und wurden nicht enttäuscht, im Gegenteil. Ein wunderbares Hotel mit allem Service, sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, herrliche stilvoll ausgestatteten Zimmern mit sensationellem Blick, toller Atmosphäre und allerbester Lage. Wir konnten mit dem Fahrrad (Verleih mit Discount über das Hotel) zur und über die Golden Gate Brücke fahren, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Zu den Ablegern der Schiffe und zum berühmten Pier 39 mit den Seelöwen ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang. Auch das Frühstück - zu den in USA üblichen hohen Preisen - war toll und an einem Abend haben wir auch gut im Hotel gegessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

With great location comes with some issues in the form of wheely riding morons going up and down on max bikes.

A small group of us went to SF ,the hotel is in a safe area .We were interested in the history of the hotel and enjoyed its charm however it was up dated and very comfortable.Staff friendly and respectful.Beds and pillows comfortable.

Location great, an old cannery , converted into this nautical hotel, which fits well into the surrounding area. Great bar / restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The only grip and its really petty...was the toilet roll holder was too far from the loo 🤣

the hotel looks nice from the outside but inside… would need a renovation…but thats probably true for the other hotels at Fisherman‘s wharf too. and, breakfast quality was poor.

Loved location, loved look and feel, will definitely stay again. Tried Blue Mermaid for breakfast, easy, small menu (weekday). Husband had good French toast and espresso, oatmeal for me - was okay.
