It is close to restaurants that are good. The room was comfortable but they have young sports teams a lot and we were in

Property was renovated and attractive.

Confusion at check- in. Only manager friendly and competent. Parking lot not well lite. Room phone broken. Loud music in lobby was inappropriate.

Great hotel with nice rooms, awesome breakfast and friendly staff!

Staff was very professional, Room was spacious, Breakfast was great. Met all our expectations on the whole.

Beds were not too comfortable (mattress issues), people in other rooms were loud at night.

The size of the room was great. Very spacious and comfy. The location was very convenient for me.

Great option when visiting Washington D.C.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast selection as well.

Unfortunately, we had an adjoining room which caused a lot of noises from the other room to come into ours.

Great hotel when visiting the Rockville area

Breakfast was great. Fantastic customer service. Easy parking. Quick access to highway and downtown Rockville.

Good stay in general but the management needs to pay attention to some details.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to the highway.

In general it is a good hotel. I have stayed in it 2-3 times in the past. However, there were some things that made our stay less pleasant: A) We were a family of 4 and stayed in one room. In the room, there was a door connecting our room with the next room. Very bad soundproofing. We could here everything the couple next door was saying (and doing!) in il late at night. B) Very limited breakfast, until 9:00. Not only the breakfast was limited but at 8:45 some of the food was gone. We asked from the employee to bring us more, she partly satisfied us. Moreover, such breakfast with paper plates, plastic forks/knives and only one employee trying to cover all the needs, the cleaning of the tables was left behind. C) The swimming pool was open from 2:00 pm to 9:00pm on weekdays and from 10:00am on weekends. But some people are on vacation on a weekday (like we were) so we were not able to use to swimming pool in the morning.

Paid full fee upfront, still took /are holding extra 100 dollars at check in?? No sign of money being returned 5 days later. How do I get my this 100 dollars back?. Everything was left in perfect order?? Solo traveller, very neat?

We did not realize the room we were booked and was on the highway sign. I could hear every car that drove by. so the staff informed us what to request next time. we spent quite a bit of time speaking to staff because we had booked and paid online and we’re charged again when we got to the hotel . It took over three weeks to clarify and get our money back . Nothing in return for the inconvenience. We have friends that frequent Cooper’s Hawk winery and soda weigh and staying at your hotel is very convenient if someone is not in a condition to drive home late at night .

Check in My card was hit twice for incidental. Should have been 100 but was 200 charged on my card. Feel your young staff may need more training so less mistakes are committed

Breakfast was great, room was plenty big and very comfortable. TV was big and had a beautiful picture. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional.

The only thing that I would change is the shower. In order to turn it on, you had to get wet with cold water. The shower doors should open from both sides so you can reach in and turn the shower on.
