Perfect!

Very nice property. Restaurant attached, close to everything, Nespresso, honor bar, robes, iron and board, toiletries, nice towels, very comfy bed and pillows, and in a great location. Called for an Uber to airport and showed up in three minutes.

Location near shopping and Pike Place Market.

I paid extra for city view and the room assigned was located on the 4th floor overlooking the air conditioning vents and roof on the adjacent building and no view of the city. It was a dreadful experience.

FANTASTIC HOTEL THAT I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS/FAMILY!

Staff, location, room, comfort, bed, robes, the hotel let us check-in early.

Not a bad place but not nearly worth the price I paid for it.

The bed was comfortable

It took nearly 40 minutes to get my car from the valet and I had to ask 3 different people. The front desk woman wasn’t very friendly and the all-carpet interior made my allergies insane so I was worried about the cleanliness.

Would love to stay again!

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Even the pullout bed in our suite was extremely comfortable.

A wonderful hotel experience in Seattle!

The restaurant in the hotel was great! I know it is not affiliated with the hotel, but we ate breakfast there 3 times and it was great! The staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly! A great experience!

Location

Advised to take a private company vehicle rather than taxi to the cruise terminal by the hotel, said it's the same. But turned out to be sharing with a big group (kids and all) in a minibus and paid the same. Completely ruined the day at the beginning of our trip. Terrible misguided suggestion

I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The beds are amazing. Like sleeping on clouds. A range of dining options, either in the lobby or right on the doorstep. Loved the Nespresso coffee in the morning as trudging around town to find an early coffee can be a real pain. Simple yet thoughtful decor provided an ambience of understated elegance. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

If I had known that I would enjoy Seattle and this location so much, I would have stayed longer!

Tiny room, great decor and location.

Lovely hotel. Hip decor. Great location. Restaurant was very good. My room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in… it was tiny! I would not stay here again because of this. Had to put luggage in a chair, since no luggage rack. The room was only slightly bigger than the bed itself. I was disappointed to have spent over $300 for this room.

Flawless Experience - Room, Staff, Location

Central location. Walk to Space Needle, Kraken game, Chihuly art museum, Seattle Art Museum etc. Close to excellent bakery and restaurants

Overall our stay was good. Check in and check out was easy, the room was nicely decorated and mostly clean. Our complain

The lobby was gorgeous.

The room was significantly smaller than almost any other hotel room I’ve stayed in. The bed frame was extremely low to the ground which made it feel like we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet on it but a flat sheet and the duvet was also only covered by one flat sheet under it and one on top. The duvet did not have a cover and when getting into bed I saw the bare duvet which had a couple of stains.

Excellent hotel with great staff in central location.

Comfortable and well located hotel. Scandinavian decor is refreshing compared to what is normal in the USA. Staff was very helpful with assistance and restaurant recommendation.

We were on 8th floor but could hear bins being opened and closed on the road.

Super stylish and comfortable

Absolutely a nice modern and stylish room. Very well designed with a lot of space and extra little cabinets. Soft carpet, ample bed, lots of lights.

The only issue is the shower: beautiful to see but there's no way to open the water and set the temperature before being under the only spray high on the wall. A surprising "mistake" in the precise ergonomics of the entire room.
