Not super close to the centre, but that is why we wanted to stay around Loop area. Room was wuite big and nice. Maybe not the most modern room you'll find, but functional, clean and big sized. Toilet had all the toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream). There are water dispensers on the corridors with free reusable bottles. You've got a mat in the room for exercise. Lovely area downstairs for working if needed (with complimentary coffee/tea) and a great gym. Great pub downstairs, open until late and with lovely food and drinks offer. Food hall round the corner which is great too.
The only thing I did not like is that it took a long time for housekeeping to come to the room. So, there was a couple of days in which we didn't go out, as I was not feeling good, so the room was not done on those, as they were coming quite late (they came around 3pm one day and almost at 5pm on the other). But if you are staying and leaving during the day, the room will definitely be done when you get back,

Super Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum Willis Tower. Auch zum Navy Pier oder Millenium Park konnte man laufen.
Wasserspender mit Flaschen vorhanden.
Nicht mehr sehr neu.

The location where the hotel is located is close to everything within walking distance. Very comfortable and convenient bed and very good to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room
I did not like that since my arrival the room was not completely clean, especially the carpet, and I had to request the housekeeping service daily when it should be an automatic service or request it when checking in since it is difficult to remember that they will not clean the room if You don't ask for it and being on vacation, at least we gave it importance.

Location was great close to art institute of Chicago, Sears tower, downtown, etc.
My husband didn't like the phone charger as it was slow to charge, he found trash under the bed, and he didn't like the room size.

Location, queen superior room had great amenities
The chair (maybe it was a pullout bed?) had seen better days. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have any housekeeping visits… odd. We only received new towels, had the trash taken out, or got coffee replenished if we asked, which was awkward for 3 nights.

The location was fantastic. We were really close to the Art institute of Chicago and the Millenium park where the famous bean is located. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Plus, there is a restaurant annexed to the hotel that was really good and closes at 2 in the morning.
I think the rooms were a little small. It wasn't a problem since we were only two people staying there. It also could've been a bit cleaner, but nothing I would complain about.

I feel like the room was absolutely tiny for the price

The location in downtown Chicago was perfect, it was not too far from anything which made walking or taking the bus/train doable
The hotel was meeting expectations and doing well, until I was double charged for my room. I paid for it ahead of time and was unknowingly charged on arrival, which left me no money at all for my trip with my wife. To make matter worse, this was my Birthday trip my wife and I saved up for.

The hotel is placed in the city center of Chicago, only a few minutes walk from the Chicago river and lake Michigan. The building is very nice from the outside and offers a purified water station at each floor.
The room was a disaster (and we paid around 300$/night).
The carpet was dirty and stinky, and the room itself had a very bad smell. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and not very clean, with some spots and breadcrumbs on it.
The shower was very ugly, it looked like the one of a football field changing room.
It is quite obvious that the hotel is capitalizing a lot thanks to its excellent position, but it's not re-investing a single dollar in the rooms.
Last but not least: since I was on a business trip, I specifically asked to pay with the credit card registered on Booking (the company's card), but when I arrived at the hotel for the check-in there was no way to use it and I had to use my personal credit card.

Excellent, very clean Hotel in a great location. Exceptionally helpful staff. I would stay in this nice Hotel again. Good area to be in, close to subway and shops. Right in the centre of the city. A short walk to the River.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. A major highlight was the free water refilling station available on every floor near the elevators. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Chicago.

The room had a superb view and was on the corner of the building. The location was convenient, putting us close to the park and museums of Chicago, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff were friendly, and helpful, and answered most of our questions. The gym room was a nice bonus.
The TV service was mediocre, and every channel was laggy. My friend and I developed nasty red rashes on our backs, likely from the unclean beds. Also, room service kept knocking on our door every hour on the day of checkout, even though we still had a few hours before we had to checkout, so that was a bit annoying.

queen size bed split in the misadventures very uncomfortable

The price is good for the location and quality.
The air conditioning feels unstable and the blanket is too thick, which makes it very hot at night.
