Horrible bed and bedding

It was clean

The bed was horrible. Every time you got up it made squeaky noises. Awful idea set up for a bed. Bedding was not comfortable at all!! I’ll never stay there again.

Cheap.

Great location near Black Bear Diner, freeway, not a bad area. Security night staff letting people in. Breakfast was very little, but staff very pleasant in kitchen area. Only had been working there for 15 days, and has a great attitude.

No refrigerator and no microwave. Worst though: room smelled very strongly of Faabreese? Couldn't get the smell out. The fan/AC/Heater device knocked around like a bad fan belt in an old chevy --- way too loud. I took the cover off which solved it but then didn't want to trip on it. No tripping is a good motto for life, literally and metaphorically. But I digress.

Had to make a last minute trip to Sacramento during Labor Day weekend and went with this one due to the price.

Staff was friendly and looked genuinely happy to be there. Room was clean, AC blasted cool air, shower had good water pressure/hot water. Overall comfortable stay.

Unfortunately wifi didn’t reach my room, so I had to go out to the lobby to get some work done. I was aware there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room which wasn’t a downside for me but can see it being an issue especially for the price.

It Did the Job we needed-a place to Sleep before an early flight. Nothing special.

Wi-Fi hard to get in our Room. Didn't work without moving around to just the right spot. There were no cups in the room for Coffee OR tea, "Breakfast" had no fruit available, and there were minimal options. (cereal, pastries, do it yourself waffles) It's possible at was just gone already after 2hrs of being available, but we still had an hour B4 it was over and hotel was not full.

An ok stay for 1 night only

The staff was nice.

My sink in the bathroom was leaking, we contacted the front desk and she had maintenance come up but he didn't have the tool needed to fix the sink and placed a garbage can under the sink.

okay place to spend a night

super friendly staff! I had some inconvenient with my stay like the poor internet connection and the room was smelly and the lamp did not work but they help me to get a new room!

the location is not the best! the rooms are pretty dirty and they need to improve that. I don't think I will stay again there but it was okay for one night!

the carpet was filthy. after walking on it with clean feet, I got in the shower and it looked like I had been barefoot outside in the dirt. the mattress was horrible.

Decent stay close to the airport.

Close to the airport. Nice staff. Good for one night stay before leaving to the airport.

It was pretty clean and comfortable for a one night stay but there was some sketchy damages. Like a patched hole in the bathroom door where it looked like someone punch a hole in to it.

front desk staff at check in was super friendly

we had a very late departure 9pm. asked for a late checkout. was originally told we could but a second staff member said cleaning crew leaves and would not be able to clean room therefore we had to pay for a whole second day. The facility was not full and yet they still couldn’t accommodate. I could see a half price price charge for the extra hours, but ended up paying another $176.00. We had no choice because we had a flight issue. Just wish they could have been more accommodating

Dirty and disgusting

The room was disgusting. Old worn dirty dingy linen, blankets, sheets and bed skirts, bathroom smelled like urine, multiple holes in walls and splashes of mystery substances on the walls. Halls stunk like marijuana. Just completely the most dirty and gross room I’ve ever seen. I haven’t been issued a refund and was in the room for less than 5 minutes.
