Great room, but bad customer service at the front desk.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.

The check-in took way too long. There was only 1 person there before me. It took the woman working a counter 20 minutes to check the customer in. It was 3pm, and I was checked in about 3: 35pm. It seemed that she was dealing with an important call . There was no apology. It seemed very unprofessional. Customer service needs to improve.

the newness of the remodel and it wasn’t an indoor homeless encampment

the female staff was rude but I even feel bad putting that because the dude at check in was so nice

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming

Hotel was situated in a good location that was easy to get to and from. The room was clean. The pool and hottub were at least operational.

Front desk just outright refused to give a fresh towel so that I could use one for the pool and shower with a clean one. there were no towels provided at the pool. The hottub had a disgusting level of scum in the water. The room had no ceiling fan(infact there was a hole were it was ripped out) and the AC was on the far wall and even at full blast the room stayed stagnantly uncomfortable. Sheets were poor quality, course material and the fitted sheet came off multiple times a night. They tried to up the price by $45 from my reservation and only rectified it once once I called them out. Any other time I'd write it off as a simple mistake but after staying there the weekend I have my doubts.

Beautiful soaking tubs however the plugs are broken so do not hold water! no security lock on door and tough flashing cut my finger when I opened the door.

Good Choice

Good price, next ro a Dennys and Starbucks and gas station. Right off the freeway and it was great price. Clean, and friendly staff.

Packed parking lot.

overall was agreat stay. but the prices are sky rocketing as the days go by. too pricey

loved the size of the room, the big bed and the big bathroom. also a nice couch to watch tv instead of a chair. by far the best hotel to stay one night or longer

Ok for the price paid. Would consider this hotel again if in the area.

Room was clean but phone, clock and toilet paper holder were missing. When reported it was immediately replaced. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it should. Hotel grounds were clean and debris free.

View from the window was a concrete wall. We were nest to the laundry room and close to an Interstate Highway. Lots of road noise. Breakfast selection was meager. Parking limited.

Great location but that alone is not enough for a revisit.

Breakfast was not appetizing. Check in clerk no uniform or branded shirt. Great location but just a half a step above a basic sketchy motel

This place is dated and front office people are dressed casually not even branded t shirt

Basically if all you want to do is sleep, it’s not bad. Overlook the little things.

The room was clean, area kind of dark and older but I felt safe. They had security locks on the doors. No undue noise. Car was never bothered and we stayed several times over the last month. Chevron, Denny’s, Starbucks & highway all so close I could walk. Older gentleman on front desk at night excellent. Price is the best in area. Very simple breakfast fare. Coffee, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice, wrapped pastries. Would stay again if there for same reason.

Front desk people could pretend they like their job. We stayed in 5 different rooms in the last month. No sprinkler system in rooms. Jacuzzi & washing machine broken the whole time. 2 rooms no smoke detectors. All refrigerators not cold enough. Light switch broken in one so 1/2 the room in darkness. Not enough towels or toiletries for 2 people. 3 TV’s not working. 1 fridge not working but they moved us to another room. Hotel in U shape and side furthest from lobby is not lit well. No elevator & 1st floor only available once.
