Wasnt clean, HVAC is for the WHOLE building so you cant have your room that you you overpayed for at the temp you want. Only turn the fan on or off. Miserable.

Everything! The breakfast was fantastic and the people at the desk were very accommodating and friendly. The beds and pillows were sink in comfy. I would recommend this hotel.

One of the workers at the pool made a rude comment about my service dog. I reported it to the desk and they took care of the matter.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean. Property is well kept.

The only thing that bothered me was on our 2nd night we found out that if we didn't close our door a certain way the latch didn't pop out leaving the ability to push open our door. We told a staff member and they sent a maintenance worker over right away. But he only showed my husband how to adjust something so the door would catch and lock from the outside. I tried but couldn't get the hang of it, so only my husband knew how to shut it properly. If we were staying longer than 2 nights I would have asked for another room, to have piece of mind. Next time I'll make sure to check that first.

bed was comfortable and the overall condition of the facilities is great. very friendly staff and central to everything.

Beds are temperpedic mattresses but they put them on a standard box spring so they don’t have the support that a memory foam mattress needs to give your body the support they are famous for. this also means the beds move and squeak anytime you move

it was gated had a pool and jacuzzi and breakfast was really good

Comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The room was cold. I was not able to get the room warmed up because the thermostat was only controlled by the house maintenance crew.

Upon my initial booking, I was informed that the property was booked to capacity, so we were unable to stay at this time. I lived here at The Double Tree, Tucson airport for 6-7months, starting from April-September. I was charged a bed tax the entire time. Tucson bed tax is exempt after 30 consecutive days. When I brought this concern to management, I was thrown out with the reasoning that a party  booked out the entire hotel. I left without incident or complaint. I am a day trader and often have good paychecks. While living at the Double Tree, I tipped the staff over  $4,000 and bought them all $50 lottery tickets as a tip because I was impressed with their service. The staff is fantastic they work hard and are honest. They are genuine and second to none. And, I've stayed in most Tucson hotels. After inquiring about the mandatory Tucson City bed tax refund, I was shocked and appalled to have been treated like a criminal by  management. A few days ago, my wife and I stayed here when we returned to Tucson. The staff on duty came out from behind the counter and gave us hugs. The next morning, I was informed the hotel was booked and couldn't stay. A couple days later, I stopped by to speak with them about the tax refund I am entitled to. I was informed that I've been banned from the property with no explanation. Now, they deny my reservation because I'm banned. I still have not received an explanation. I lived here for over 6 months. They never even credited 1 Hilton honors point to my account, which is still at zero points. I find this unacceptable after spending more than $20k in less than 1 year with Hilton. I am not a complainer but while staying here, I had my car broken into 3 times. I  had all my tools stolen and 2 car windows were broken. 2 staff members got greedy and extorted me for cash after seeing some paraphernalia in our room, which belonged to my parents when they came over to visit.
