Cuando lo reservé tenía . Pase a los parque temprano y al momento de ir había cambiado . El baño mojaba la moquet del cuarto . Hacían el cuarto cada 3 días . Éramos 5 y no ponían jabón para higiene para los 5

The room was terrible the couch was ripped, springs poking out of couch, shower was dirty, toilet flooded they came to fix it and not clean it. the stove took forever to heat up. Room was cleaned every 3 days at 5 pm, Accessible shower chair was very loose and unstable, I couldn't shower Safe was broken and we told front desk nothing was done. Never any towels at the pool lots of drunk people there all the time. Breakfast was the same every day. Front desk was speaking spanish in front of us. I also found out that there are guests that are in Air BNB and saw the beautiful renovated clean room for $85 per night. No one monitors anything, no one cares...

The parking lot

Sofa bed is very worn, it is uncomfortable to sleep on it. The carpets in the room are very dirty and there is a smell of damp which is unpleasant.

First morning son was denied breakfast, was told he couldn't due to private room (which was false). Loud noise from refrigerator, told it would be fixed next day it was not. Toilet issues (running and almost overflowed) Stains on sheets

Perfect location for what we was after. We had a wedding in Lake Buena Vista and visited Universal Studios, both were very easy to get too. Made use of the pool and the breakfast included was nice enough.

Great hotel for going to Disney and SeaWorld with family. Near to everything… malls, parks and restaurants.
