I booked a sea view room and upon my request to actually get a sea view room, they told me they “only have city views”. I asked for a full refund a day before checkin, and never checked in. It’s been two weeks and the only thing they are telling me is that Booking.com has to contact them, which I know they did, to confirm a refund. They also lied to booking.com and said I did check in “at 2:35 pm” which is funny enough because I was checking in to a hotel in NYC exactly at that time and have proof of that. The customer feedback team did contact me but didn’t seem to be interested in my reply as they never responded. What an unprofessional service, incredible!

las instalaciones, como habitación, ducha, camas, etc estaban muy bien La amabilidad del personal, especialmente la empleada del bar del desayuno, frente al front desk. Excepcionalmente gentil y amable.

Los ascensores tardan mucho. Teniamos vecinos ruidosos y a pesar de los carteles pidiendo silencio andaban a los gritos por los pasillos del piso 10 El precio de los alojamientos en general ha subido mucho mas que los indices inflacionarios.

No charging ports, wish they had Keurig coffee makers, makeup wipes, no guide book in the room. Charge $20 to park!!! They could include free coffee and continental breakfast.

Very centrally located. The staff I was great. I went to the small shop to buy a toothbrush since I forgot mine and the guy behind the desk gave me a new one. I thought that was nice.

The AC did not work even after maintenance “ fixed it “ on 9/22 Our room was 80 when we woke up 9/23 , then when maintenance came back to fix it again our door was stuck locked and we were not able open door to get out… it was scary & thank God there was no emergency but this should never happen !!

Saubere, grosse und gepflegte Zimmer, schöne Aussicht mit seitlichem Meerblick. Gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bordwalk entfernt. Wer nicht direkt in einem der Casino Hotels übernachten möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

All went well (check-in, cleanliness of room, extra towels, microwave & fridge, ice machine on floor & safety).

Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking after the cost of the stay nor the expensive restaurant located in the Hotel

Paid 2 x for parking 🙈 and there is not double room with this doors in between we are traveling with 4 kids and I don't want to split my family so we slept all in one room

People were nice,

Cleaning, The coffee maker was so dirty, that the room was cleaned only once. We went out to let the lady clean but didn't happen. Dirty towels were taken but never replaced. Okay and about the food, the first morning, my husband was not feeling well, I asked if I could use his coupon and take food to bring him upstairs and they refused. He has to get down to take his food. So he didn't have his breakfast that day. Also, I saw one white lady with a box taking her food, I asked her where she got the box she replied “The guy gave me”. The guys who took my coupon. I went and asked him about the box he refused. That I have to eat there. I don't understand because I'm black. I don't know. I did not go there to beg for food.

I booked 6 months and was given a low floor room for a handicap person. Door was very heavy and hard to open

Hotel was clean, and comfortable. It was in a good location to boardwalk and casinos

To be honest atlantic city is a dump, it smells, is dirty and run down. Garbage everywhere. The older casinos are run down. Town smells like weed. Not this hotels fault, but what a poorly run city

Rooms are good. Beds are good. There is a refrigerator and microwave, there is also a coffee machine with coffee and sugar. The elevators are always full and busy. The location is too far from the boardwalk. If you try to come back at night be ready to meet a lot of less fortunate people following you, begging you for money, yelling at you, etc. That is Atlantic City.

Issue N1: The windows don't open! The air purifier doesn't work properly and you can't configure it (there is no availability to reach it). There is No air in the room. I had to put a chair in between the door and keep it open multiple times a day to gain some air. Idk how people live without fresh air. It's like you're entering a dirty-air sauna. Second: The breakfast lady is horrible, without knowing that you have to see her first she starts yelling at you for taking food, making you to leave it and go with her to check in at her freaking small window. Next>> It says QUIET ZONE at the floor entrance and there were still people having hot relationships with their room doors at 3/4/5am. Next>> I go for breakfast second time: this time it is at the foiet bar, I'm taking my food to my table N7, and in a couple of minutes there comes a hot pair of employee and his Old Buddy (probably) having active and loud conversations about their lives right above my table. A black guy of 21 (employee) and his black mate of 35. I keep giving them looks but it doesn't work. I leave. The next day it's my time to leave and On purpose I ask the guy who's checking me out, when I will get my $100 deposit back. He says in 3 days maximum. It's been 15 days I still didn't get my money back. I keep calling them, they keep telling me it's not their fault, it's banks fault, I call bank, bank tells me they didn't release your money yet, it's their fault. So what should I do in this case? This was my last goodbye to AC. Last year I was half-dissapointed, this year it was just horrible. And it is not just about this hotel, this hotel is much or less... 50/50... The whole city is a big drugster sanctuary. And it's getting worse and worse and worse.

There was a female staff at front desk with scarf around her head(no offense about scarf)I requested her to have late check out and she granted but her attitude was of like law enforcement officer rather than hospitality staff.while we were checking out at 1 pm we encountered at elevator area and she looked at her time as soon as she saw me to check I checked out on time with same mean face I don’t think she needed to have that kind of attitude.Hossain was nice and pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was good, and included the different food one would look for Location is 10 mins from the beach Parking is available for a fee, but it's convenient.
