Location and staff were very nice.

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. You do need to speak with the staff to order room cleaning just so you know. It’s not everyday. For the shoppers, The location is near Hy-Vee, Ulta, Walmart and next to it is a small Sephora, T.J Maxx & Marshalls. It’s also about 10-20 minutes away from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall and Mall of America.

Hmm, after Covid they stopped having the airport shuttle which is a little disappointing but we just rented a car so it was no biggie.

Excellent, Exceptional, Customer service 100X 😊

Lori (front desk) went above & beyond for us. My husband had just recently had heart surgery & was not feeling well at all. She signed us up for the rewards program and let us check in way earlier than we expected too. Since we had to leave so early to get to the airport, she let us get stuff for breakfast so we would have something to eat before we left. She was so friendly & extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay there again when back in MN. The hotel overall was so neat & clean. I was super impressed. TY again Lori for making our stay great !!!!

Location was great. Close to anything you need or want, and only a few minutes from outlet mall, MOA, zoo and ikea.

The hotel was cold in our end of the hallway. Absolutely freezing, and the bedding was basically a couple of sheets. I didn’t even think to put the heat on in July, in the middle of the night when I was freezing cold, and we shivered all night. I did ask for a blanket and he said they had none. Also, we were not told that if you want your room made up you have to ask the front desk. I put the door hanger out to make up the room and came back to what we left.

Staff were all welcoming and even offered to have me check in early.

The cleanliness of the room and facility altogether needs a lot of work. The sink wasn't draining and the restroom walls and bed skirts were visibly dirty.

That is was close to all of restaurants.

The air didn't work, and no pool/ hot tub. And no connections to charge your phone. Had to go buy one.

very clean room. Breakfast was different daily. the hotel was very quiet.

the beds were so old and uncomfortable. the bed frame was too big for the mattress and a metal piece was sticking out.

I'd give it an 8.5/10.

The facility was super clean, the bathroom smelled like bleach, which is a good thing, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The pancake maker was a super nice change from the standard waffle maker at every other hotel.

The decor was a little dated and the blackout curtain in our room (210) was cracked in several places from either being old or the humidity.

Great stay.

Every thing was great. The breakfast was great. Staff was great.

The carpet in my room, near the bed, the side next to the window, needs to be stretched. It is a tripping hazard but other than that everything was great.

Thank goodness it was only a one night stay

Location and The staff was very nice and pleasant.

Not enough parking, parking was not cleared of snow very well, bathroom tub and toilet NOT clean, bed not comfortable, no USB outlets for charging devices, not all lights worked, breakfast sausages not cooked husband got sick.

We would book here again.

The location, room comfort and cleanliness, and breakfast were great.

The bathroom stool height was super low - could use an up-grade. I wasn't aware that the pet fee was an extra $30.00/night up front. We booked a pet-friendly room.

The location is great!

The breakfast that was practically the same for my stay. The breakfast okay but would be great if maybe one or two hot foods were available. Mix it up a little bit.

easy access to the interstate

parking lot was on the far side of the building. I like to be able to park in the front.

it was horrible not having a room key! However, they finally relocated me to another hotel after 2 days of no room key!

it was quiet and comfortable & staff was nice

the pipes burst from the cold & the key card machines were ruined so I had no key to my room & had to be walked to my room every time to be let in

Stayed for a wedding. Fantastic . Friendly owner with knowledgeable advice on what to explore.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Only thing was there is no heat. we stayed in September and the low temps dropped to mid 40s. It does have a fireplace, but the daytime temp grew to upper 80s and low 90s. We did not want to use the fireplace. If that the only bummer about the trip it's not bad. I will stay here again if I get back to Montanna. I recommend it.

We'll be back when travels bring us to the area!

Lori at the front desk was awesome. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was good...and much better than most. The facility is nice and location is good.

I have no idea how this has an 8+ rating.

It was inexpensive and the location isn’t too far from the airport. The bed was relatively comfortable.

There were water rings in the toilet, mildew in the shower, and the room smelled like mildew. Some staff were friendly, some seemed to be bothered by anyone coming to the front desk. I didn’t expect much at this price point but it still came up short.
