Best Location, Spacious Rooms, Great Staff - but no food options

The Location can't be better! Has an internal access to Ghirardelli Square, walking distance to Fisherman wharf. The room size is excellent, with a spacious Living- Dining room, it even has washer-dryer! Staff is very helpful and courteous. Valet parking is very helpful.

No food options available inside the hotel - not even breakfast. With a toddler and elderly family members, a breakfast option could have been more convenient.

The place was beyond all my expectations. Everything was perfect or even better))) If I come to San Francisco once again I will choose this place without even thinking!

Fabulous location, beautiful facility, amazing staff and great value for all that was offered.

Fantastic apartment/suite for a family - good kitchen facilities, easy dining/cooking in room options, so nice to have a washer/dryer to use. Nice "treats" - coffees, wine and cheese and beautiful view of the Bay harbor area. This was a relatively expensive vacation so it was SO very nice that the hotel provided complimentary parking for 2 vehicles during our stay.

A good alternative to downtown hotels, especially if you have a car.

Best concierge service of our whole trip. Jean is great. The location of the hotel is a perfect starting point for sightseeing. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed as a family in a two bedroom apartment. We always had loud noises every night, like moving chairs or something. No idea what that was. We couldn't find out but it was very annoying. Also, the windows in one bedroom were very thin, so you could hear the sound of the air conditioners outside quite a bit.

FANTASTIC HOTEL

The hotel/residence was stunning, the suite we stayed in was massive with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Comfortable and great value for money and in such a stunning area, would never want to stay anywhere else.

The only small gripe is that the ‘hotel’ did not have a restaurant or bar on the premises, you had to go out if this was required….only a minor flaw as everything was just situated out of the rear of the hotel.
