Met our needs.

Good service from front desk at 1 am. Clean, comfortable room and bed.

Exercise room needs some lighter dumbbells. Breakfast offerings minimal.

Good Location and easy to take airport van here! Did have to wait awhile though. Room was clean, bed so cozy! My second time staying.

Don't count on an airport shuttle.

I booked this hotel at a higher price than other places as it indicated it had a free airport shuttle. Upon arrival I was told it was $8 for the shuttle. The shuttle in the morning was fully booked already, so the only available option was to split a limo with another traveler for $40.

Denver properties have really bad Moth infestation during spring and summer they appear in your room out of nowhere they come through the vents it’s disgusting.

Waiting for shuttle.. almost missed flight

I could book on booking.com.

Hallway light came in all around door. Noise from Hallway. Not knowing you had to sign up for shuttle or the schedule for shuttle.

Apart from the paint, very nice.

The staff and cleanliness were on point

The were having some painting projects on the 2nd floor. The smell of paint was so overwhelming,I woke up with a sore throat and a headache.

Not staying here again.

Location is very close to the airport.

There is a fee that is not disclosed at booking to charge for parking per night. The room wasn't very clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. The young girl at the front desk was rude. We were told we would be getting a discount and still have not heard back.

Handy, clean and safe

It was there and available! The Southwest Airlines debacle caused my flight to be cancelled so I was delayed unwillingly... I liked the local shops and restaurants as well.

The room was fine. Very convenient to airport.

Pay to park in their normal parking lot when renting a room. Outrageous that they only activate your keyboard one day at a time even when your reservation is for longer. We had a 3 day reservation and every single day we had to go back downstairs because we were deactivated again.

my flt. was cancelled I had to pay $100 round trip in cab. no elevator 3:30 a.m. departure.

it was close to restaurants and it was clean

the people staying above us were walking around all night long and we could hear them.. woke me up ! the shuttle driver was AWFUL. .. he spoke very little english. We had to leave at 5 am .He dropped us off at terminal west .. our flight left from the east terminal. I asked him multiple times about getting dropped off at the east terminal all he could say on his broken english was . We only drop off at the west terminal .. no explanation. about how i was to get to the east terminal .. He never explained that we could walk across to the east terminal .. and i could barely understand what he was saying .. By the time we got to the airport I was very upset !! not good at 5 am .. He did not care at all about what he was doing.. my suggestion .. get some one who can speak. english and will explain the process .. just about ruined the whole experience .. i like the hotel and the prices but will think twice about staying there again if I need a shuttle.. too stressful .. also would have been helpful if you would have a grab and go breakfast since we missed it by an hour

The location

Rooms stink. They gave me a key that didn't work. Then gave me another key and people were sleeping in the room. They gave me another room that smells like someone died in it. Some women screaming in the hall. Third day my key doesn't work again.
