I would give less than 1/10 if I could.

Nothing - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Upon arriving at the property and checking into my room, there was an awful odor. The pool was out of order and the MOTEL did not feel clean. The facility looks nothing like the photos. I tried to check out immediately and did not use anything in our room. However, the concierges refused to refund my money. I have called booking and they also cannot do anything. I hope this review deters anyone from staying at this facility. I will be contacting my bank for a refund as we had to find a different hotel to stay at.

Die Lage war perfekt und die Betten sauber und bequem

Der Teppich im Raum war verschmutzt sowie der Badezimmerboden mit fremden Haaren. Die Badausstattung war teilweise verschimmelt und angerostet. Außerdem fehlte eine Toilettenbürste. Das Frühstück bestand aus Papptellern und Plastikbechern/Besteck. Das Essen war in Ordnung nur nicht ansprechend aufbereitet.

Overall, a decent stay. Staff were polite and very helpful. Would stay there again.

Location of the hotel is superb. A little bit away from the noise of Broadway but close enough to walk both to downtown and to Vanderbilt University. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a place to stay, this place is a gem. Just be realistic with your expectations.

The hotel is a little older and could use some TLC. I've stayed there before so I knew what to expect so I wasn't disappointed - just realistic. The breakfast was not up to par, ended up going across the street to an adorable coffee place for the last couple of days for breakfast.

A budget friendly, convenient place to stay in Nashville.

Very easy location, easy walking to Music Row, various music bars, restaurants. Great value - parking and the pet fee are very reasonable. I also like that the complimentary breakfast has a to-order omelet station.

The room had a highly perfumed air freshener smell when we arrived. We were traveling with a pet, so my first thought was that this was a designated pet friendly room and they were masking a prior pet smell. The smell dissipated over time, but was still present the next morning.

Didn't get to have breakfast because of test at hospital so no comment on that

The heat was too hot for such a small room couldn't get it to turn down maybe it needs to be set lower say on 68 degrees

Will not stay here again.

Breakfast is ok. Its the same as to most Comfort inn we’ve been to.

Cleanliness, the switch and hot water is upside down, dusty, old appliances that is not well kept. Carpet looks and feels dirty. Towels old and not even that white. Picture on the site is not the same as actual property.

Great facility, wonderful location, lovely staff!

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome! Love the location as well, right across from some great local bars!

The rooms are small, but they work if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, which we were!

Nashville was amazing but I would pass on staying here.

We liked that it was close to lots of places especially broadway

The rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner & the staff could’ve been nicer..when you asked a question they were short with you & seemed to not care about our needs.

A great resting place with all that was needed.

Very clean property, a short walk away from downtown but some great restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast wasn’t too busy in the morning.

Hotel is basic which was fine for us.

Very disappointed in the acvomodations and the staff, will not return to stay at this location

Location to downtown activities, and had a nice looking pool

Rooms were not as depicted online, very outdated furnishings and carpet, partially remodeled in sink, but bathroom was very obsolete. Staff was not very friendly, nor helpful. There was another patron who was assigned a room next door to ours, and evidently booked room early in morning, drunk. We were awakened at 4 am by the loud arguing, which continued through 630 am when we rose to get ready to checkout. Then we experienced the same out of control patron in the elevator acting as an elevator assistant, which I told SAM at the front desk. Then, as we were departing at the front drive, the same patron was sitting cussing me out, which SAM finally came ot to ask her to leave. Not only was the room not as I expected from the online pics, but then we were not able to rest peacefully due to an inebriated patron. The free breakfast would have been fine with donut and coffee, the service with a prepared omelet, was overly cooked

The room was clean and neat the staff was attentive to our needs. We felt welcome the hotel was close to everything with in walking or driving distances. breakfast was better than a free breakfast. I was in the food service and hospitality business and it was great. I was happy.

There were roaches in the room. When we alerted the staff they didn’t apologize. Very short with us. Offered to change rooms but we decided not to stay. Very unfriendly
