Albergo grande il posiziona ottimo. fianco alla Grand Central station

Il posizione e’ il migliore in assoluto. La stanza grande con 2 letti matrimoniali e’ molto spaziosa con la vista su Crysler Building, il più bello edificio di tutta New York.

Lo staff per church in sono pochi e molto molto lenti che faceva le code lunghissime ogni giorno.

Ehh… It’s great for the convenience given where it’s located, but needs some work to clean up the interior

It’s a great location in central to everything I needed

It’s a bit outdated rooms are dingy. I had rust in erosion all in my bathroom, which made me feel a little bit nervous. Also, my AC stopped working. Had to call support twice to fix it.

Excellente situation pour NYC!

La localisation est optimale pour les visites et l’accès aux transports publics se trouve directement est très bon.

L’isolation thermique dans les chambres (nous avions un courant d’air même avec la fenêtre fermée et la Clim éteinte)

Make sure before you stay that you ensure the amount that you will be charged as a bond.

Location.

The staff member who greeted us at 10 pm at night... wasnt helpful overcharged our bond and wasnt even interested in talking about the bond amount charged or the upgrade he promoted. Really disappointing.

meh... not unbearable, but nothing to sing about either; so,try something else next go around.

Location was great. they cleaned the room well. and the staff was polite and helpful where they could be. the room wasnt too small like many NYC rooms.

no breakfast. store downstairs was doub/triple priced for most stuff. A whole bunch of dodgy extra fees were charged after I already booked and "paid" for the room. gym was under construction. fountains were dry. bar never opened until the last day we were there.

Excelente ubicación y super cómodo acceso además a la Grand Central, para desplazarse en subte.

La ubicación del Hotel.

La disposición del toilet. Acompaño con foto. Debió estar por lo menos un poco más distanciado de la pileta. (No he podido desdichadamente añadir la foto que deseaba exponer para probar lo que afirmo.

This was an average hotel experience.

The room was nice overall. Quiet. The fitness center was good.

The room had stains on the furniture, not sure it was clean. The shower was not working properly, handle was messed up and the hot water was hard to find. For the price, i expected more. The bar and grill only opened at 5:00 pm on Friday, so could not get an afternoon meal after travel, had to leave the site.

Walking distance for site seeing

Paying that much for valet parking and we still needed to pickup the car somewhere else

Nao recomendo a ninguém um estadia neste hotel

Atendimento pessimo por parte da recepção. Funcionarios hostis e conversam com descaso e ironia. A acomodação esta destruida. O quarto fede mofo e suor. Em um dos quartos nao tinha chuveiro, so uma mangueirinha. Um dos quartos fica em frente a saida dos elevadores de serviço, todos os dias acordávamos com conversas altas e gritos entre eles.Quando solicitei um quarto que nao estivesse fedendo e que tivesse um chuveiro normal, o atendente da recepção sugeriu trocar mediante um acrescimo na diaria. O Grand Hyatt at Grand Central, sempre foi nossa escolha desde 2011, qual foi nossa surpresa com o passamos por la desta vez. A rede Hyatt sempre foi pra mim e minha familia uma escolha segura de hospedagem. Nao mais.

Disappointing in every way

The biggest perk was the location. Unfortunately, due largely in part to the mattresses on the beds, I would not stay at

Great location and clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Difficult to sleep and woke up with back pain every morning. The showers should have mats as the bathtub is very slippery. My son slipped and fell during his shower and I slipped and fell during my shower.

Our stay was good, but we will never stay again in December. The prices are just too outrageous.

The room was fine. One floor below the Fitness Center. Great Location. Breakfast at Zucker's kosher bagels, Lexington Ave @ 41st St. Also at Le Pain Quotidion, pan-baked omelette. it would be nice if the hotel had its own coffee shop or dining hall that serves breakfast; I was not aware of any such facililty on the property.

The shower has a clumsy square nozzle and lacks a shower hose nozzle to spray onself. Also, it takes a very strong pull to start the water with the shower valve. The quickie shop in the hotal lobby is way overpriced and they won't honor the $15 credit after you check out.

Ripped off

Cockroach in the hallway of hotel reception. I was also told my booking.com payment was the full payment then I was made to pay an additional 229 dollars on top of that unexpectedly.

Excelente.

Excelente ubicación junto a la Grand Central Terminal y totalmente en el centro de Manhattan, a una calle de Bryant Park y a una calle del mirador Summit.

Muy caro para lo que es el hotel.

Las habitaciones eran grandes.

La limpieza era muy deficiente. La ubicación cerca de la estación por lo que había gente muy rara y vendiendo, consumiendo sustancias.

Good location,good staff, market place in lobby we’re very positive aspects. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms was good.

There was a closet with a low rail for hanging jackets but there was no place for hanging our coats! The bathroom was a real design disaster. Highest level of shower placement was low. Toilet paper holder not well placed, faucets positioned right under an overhanging shelf. The toilet lid had to be lowered in order to flush the toilet. The soft touch lighting was not easy to manage. The refrigerator had not been leveled so was rocky.

Really loved the hotel because of it's accommodations and proximity to where we were visiting.

Perfect location next to GCS! The hotel was very nice, the room was fantastic!

The only neg observation was the windows in the bar/dining room were very dirty.

hotel was redelijk maar sfeerloos, ouderwets en weinig persoonlijk.

locatie was uitstekend, mooi centraal en naast Central Station

Bij inchecken probeerde de receptionist mij een upgrade te verkopen voor 200 dollar per nacht; de kamer was matig onderhouden (hier en daar verveloos) en ouderwets ingericht, geen streamingdiensten, sfeerloos hotel, ontbijt (niet inbegrepen) was zeer matig,
