Breakfast was excellent as always and the staff was nice and friendly.

The property needs some refurbishing. They're was a rusty lamp stand in my room that didn't work and there were stains on the carpet. The television remote had dirt and dust, which tells me it had not been wiped for some time. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

Helpful and super friendly staff. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast and the zydeco dinner mess we had were also delicious

The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was delicious. There was a great variety to choose from.

The carpet in the room and hallway needs to either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. There were spots on the ceiling of our room. It's looks like there was a previous repair that didn't get finished properly. The bathrooms need to be updated. I was very disappointed in our room because we are typically well pleased with Embassy locations. I'm submitting this information in hopes of it being addressed immediately.

My pillowcase had someone’s vomit or blood on it( the supervisor said she would take care of it), and they still suggest I come back after paying full price for a dirty room. Curtains were nasty, bed squeaked, and toilet wouldn’t flush.

It had large rooms. The staff tried to make things right and did refund us.

It was dirty. Stains, smells, insect poop and dirty spots on sheets in 2 different rooms (we asked for a new room when we saw evidence of bugs on sheets). We did not want to risk bed bugs after two rooms were dirty, so we asked for our money back and stayed at the Double Tree down the road.
