Valet didn't ask To help with our bags ...when we were checking in or checking out. My son was graduating at Angel stadium and my kids and I had so many things to gather. My daughter used the bell cart to assist and the valet reprimanded her saying next time don't take it to our room. We wouldn't have taken it if he would have helped.

The bed was absolutely comfortable. We liked how the bedroom was seperate from the living room area.

Did not enjoy the employee trying to sign me up for free points and trying to sell additional services while in was trying to enjoy my dinner. He just came and sat down uninvited.

The great view of Angels' tower & the stadium, along with the very accommodating rooms.

The suite was perfect, well accommodated for our needs such as an empty refrigerator, microwave, & the enough sink. The view, no complaints! Felt safe, & quite quiet in spite of close to an elevator.

Big room, good location to watch baseball game at Angels studium, delicious breakfast, and good staff.

Pool was great and interior of building is amazing. Beds were cozy and breakfast is fabulous as always.

Only issue was the fan exhaust in bathroom was on and did not shut off...had to close door to bathroom to muffle sound other wise all was great.

This hotel charges unexpectedly without a proper explanation. Way too expensive and will not give your full deposit back.

Loved the balcony

I had a roach in my room and did not notice until it was crawling on me when I was in bed then another I'm the restroom under the sink. There was hair all in the shower. The shower door looked like it was never clean and piss stains on the toilet. I hated it here but they did not want to refund only refunded one night out of a week. The sofa was old looked like it was pulled from on side of a dumpster, pillows had no fluff, stands on the cushions. We didn't even sit on the sofa. The little fridge was behind this little door and the door was broken. It was not with the money paid honestly. I feel like they spent more money on the entry and no love to the rooms. The rooms seem very old like they have not been updated in a while sofas and all. The air omg it was worthless. I put the air down to 65 and I was still getting little to no air.

Breakfast was awesome, as it had a variety of delicious items.

Couch in the sitting room in our room was uncomfortable and well used.

The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable. woke up with the springs imprinted on my body. the breakfast toaster was very slow and only had one so getting toast or bagels would take 10+ minutes. also once 815-820AM came around coffee and some food was gone and they wouldn’t refill

Soft comfortable bed. Soft Pillows. Big room with a living room and separate bedroom with a door to close off. Nice jack and Jill bathroom work two doors for accessibility from living room or bedroom. Free breakfast.

The shower floor was dangerously slick with soap scum as was the tub. The bathroom was very dusty. Indoor pool had a random 8-10 foot ladder right next to it. Outdoor hot tub had a film of green/gray dirt around the inside, above the water line.

We were refused check in for Non payment in Tues the 14th of February. Our check in date. We arrived at 6pm I informed the property prior to our arrival the Lady at the front desk treated me so disrespectful. She acted like we did not belong at this nice hotel. It really pissed off Richard Mann. She also said after I told her I verified The FULL PAYMENT thru Hilton Honors and the Accounting office at their property, MEANING THE EMBASSY SUITES There AT 400 N. STATE COLLEGE BLVD ANAHEIM, CA. THERE. was no proof when WE Arrived and the Accounting Office was closed. It shows in booking.com as a NO SHOW. we did show up. I want that removed from booking .com and the hotels nites. It's not true. You can call my wife, Debbie Schaefer at 951-460-9297. We expect to be compensated with at least a free weekend for Fri, sat and Sunday nites. This is least you can do to make up for my wife's ruined Birthday!!!!
