Stay was exactly what we expected and gave us no hassles.

Free breakfast was great. 24hr coffee bar was much appreciated. Staff at the hotel was able to extend my stay one extra night at a price cheaper than Booking.com offered.

Furniture in the room was in need of refurbishing.

Great price, wonderful staff, clean- but make sure to add in all the UBER/Taxi costs.

The staff was amazing. Very Friendly and willing to assist!

We had to take an UBER to get to the metro. All UBER costs were $20-25 dollars. Then add the cost of the Metro- it may be better to be at a Hampton in that is walking distance from the Metro. The shower was either HOT or cold- very little variation

Overall, the bed was very comfy and again, location and cost were spot on. Oh, and the included breakfast was great!!

The location and price were awesome! Close enough to DC, only took 20min to get there. Many options around for eating, gas, groceries… When we arrived, lobby was very clean and smelled great. When we got up to our floor, very dull colors and drag marks on the wall. Could use some fresh paint.

We were on the 3rd floor and the worst things about our stay was the noise and housekeeping. People running upstairs, walking in halls sounding like it was right in our room. There was a group hanging outside (pool was closed) and if we had a balcony, I would have sworn they were on there partying. We had our do not disturb sign on door knob and on 2 different times, housekeeping just opened door to clean room and NEVER knocked. 1st time, my husband was getting into shower and 2nd time, I was getting out of the shower! Good thing the slide lock was on!!!

Great place to stay

Excellent hotel. The room was very clean. There is a microwave and a small fridge. I also want to note the comfortable temperature in the room and the good water pressure in the shower. The bed deserves a special compliment - comfortable pillows, and a not-very-hard mattress. Tasty breakfast in the morning, and a tea/coffee stand is available all day. Free parking is available near the hotel. I'll stay here next time.

I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so nice and outgoing! The grounds & my room, we’re very clean. Breakfast was great and the ladies who ran it, were very sweet

Not so much for me, but maybe leave the complementary coffee/tea, out until midnight instead of 10:00
