Very nice solo vaca :)

Very clean and had a really nice breakfast offered (they even had strawberry waffle mix). The staff was super nice and very helpful as well!

It was quite noisy because it was near the airport and the road but that’s to be expected.

Very comfortable stay.

Large room. Coffee available 24/7. Welcoming and friendly reception. Comfortable bed.

Small workout room. Breakfast potatoes were cold.

It was fine, but no shuttle. She had to pay for the UBER fare herself.

This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."

Exceptional

Felicia at the check in desk was wonderful and very polite and welcoming as well as Reggie was very nice as well making sure that my stay was good without any concerns. Heather was helpful because she called the shuttle for me. I was able to check in early because the room was available and that meant a lot to me. Everything was good.

There was nothing that I did not like.

that you have to make a deposit that was not there when the reservation was made, a little more information should be given.

My stay was great, I would definitely recommend and most likely stay again.

I really enjoyed the different varieties they provided for breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and nice.

Could not access the ice/soda machines after a certain time I'm guessing. I came in after going to a concert and wanted ice and a drink and my key just wouldn't not open the door.

convenient to airport

Rooms were basically like sleeping on the freeway. This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Early shuttle to the airport so missed the free breakfast.

Great hotel overall

We went to look at colleges there. The location was the perfect place. Less then 10 minutes from Norfolk State and 20 minutes from Old Dominion College. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms was clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly.

Would love a variety of meat for breakfast. My family and I don’t eat pork so we had to go without the 1st morning but we did have waffles so that was good. The second night they did offer turkey sausage so that was good!

Great room, poor customer service

I like the location and the way the rooms are setup.

I couldn't log into the wifi, called front desk. I was told they would call back but never did. I needed the internet service for work so I had to go to a local restaurant just to finish up some work

Excellent value for the room.

Facilities and room were good. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast.

It was difficult to get too because of our late flight. The shuttle stops at midnight and the taxis refuse to take us there.

I got to the hotel with a confirmed reservation with my cc and they told me I didn’t have one and that they were sold out . security took me to the doubletree

they told me I didn’t have a reservation. but I did. 5!then they told me it was sold out. it was midnight!

Served the purpose of our stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Easy access and close to shops, food, etc.

Bathroom floor was dirty on both sides of the vanity.
