Pricey but nice rooms overall

Room was very nice and equipped. Had no problems getting extras that I needed.

I absolutely did not like that we had to pay for overnight parking. We are guest and you have a parking lot so we shouldn’t be charged for that. Especially staying a week.

Easy access to the airport

A shuttle that is available when you need it rather than on a set schedule.

Wish they had a restaurant rather than machine purchased food to heat in microwave.

Enjoyed my stay

The room was a nice size - the sheets on the bed were lovely and the bed was comfy. I found the staff all friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the room is great and being able to borrow items from downstairs was great.

The hotel is no near much - there is a gas station and dunkin next door. The shuttle does take you to and from the airport but it does work best if you have a car here if you are staying a few nights.

Location and staff

It was more like an extended stay with men standing in front of the building looks like just got off work. In the facility people were coming out the elevator with laundry baskets. On top of that my sheets were dirty I called front desk who sent someone in to verify.

Overall, I was disappointed in the property I didn’t like the cleanliness of the property and if I return to Chicago aga

It wasn’t the cleanest property to me and I didn’t like the fact that when you wanted more towels you had to give them the towels that you had in your room to get additional towels and the towels didn’t really look that clean I saw cigarette butts in the hallway getting on the elevator, so I wasn’t really impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I also saw trash in the bushes outside.

Airport Hotel with big rooms and free shuttle, whenever you nee it

this Hotel has big rooms with a kitchenette, what’s very nice. Also you can take, whenever you want, a free shuttle to the airport from where you can get the blue line trains to Chicago downtown.

When I got to the property, I was informed that it was completely booked and there was no room available, even though I booked and paid for the room pryor to arrival at the property .

Very good

Room was nice and dark, I slept very well. I also ordered food delivery for dinner from a nearby restaurant, and that process went seamlessly. Airport shuttle service was very good, fast and direct for both pick up and drop off. It was nice to have my own refrigerator and microwave.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but nothing to complain about!

the wake up call is too short to wake heavy sleepers up. It needs to ring until the phone is picked up as happens at many other hotels.

Very pleasant, easily walkable to store/Subway Sandwich & Duncan Donuts.

The hotel is very close to Ohare airport, with a free shuttle, which was perfect. The room and bed were extremely large/comfortable and there were a few stores within walkging distance. Staff was also friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was really nice having a small kitchenett with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker & dishes available.

I found this hotel perfect for my needs.

I love the kitchen which having everything I needed. Room is very clean even the reception told me cleaning would not be done everyday.
