The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great for the theme parks, just a short shuttle bus ride away. The ladies on reception were friendly and happy to help us (we appreciated this very much) We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but did the job.

It was close to my son’s place in Anaheim - easy to and from his apt.

No free breakfast. The pool wasn’t very clear.

The location was good.

The king size deluxe room I reserved almost a month in advanced was sold out when we arrived at the hotel at the hotel’s designated check in time (4 pm). They said they waived my parking fee due to that, but they had already told me they waived it prior to finding out there were no more king rooms left and they downgraded to a double bed room that conjoined to another room where people were staying.

There was a strong odor our entire stay there coming from the bathroom And a ringing bell all weekend

the staff was very friendly. the property and rooms were very clean. the area and property felt very safe.

I did not like that we had a room with a conjoining door. normally this doesn’t bother me, however because of that door we could hear our neighbors taking, using the shower and the blow dryer. it felt as if there was minimal privacy
