We enjoyed a wonderful one night stay in the unique and fun Hotel Indigo!

I loved the vibe in the Countrypolitan! In the evening (we stayed on a Friday) they had a live performer and she had a beautiful voice. The atmosphere was so laid back and fun! I could have stayed there all night listening to her and enjoying the drinks and ambiance!

During our one night stay….nothing came up that I didn’t like!

Nice place to stay for a night.

Very cool hotel. Loved the whole vibe and history. Valet was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was very big.

Mirror in bathroom is not for short people. Hard to do your hair when you can’t see. Need a plug closer to the closet would help with getting ready/doing hair. Since the hotel is older, it’s not very soundproof. You can hear sounds from the street.

Beautiful hotel, loved the music in the evening.

The junior suite was fantastic. Roomy& quiet. Easy to get to by car from the freeway.

It perhaps was further away from the downtown exhibits than I thought it would be. Hotel menu was limited in the restaurant I felt

Great time out in Nashville!

Very pretty hotel and staff were all really nice!!!

We found old food togo box in our fridge and the fridge wasn’t working, they put a new fridge in. Then by the night stand I found a sock.

1st time here & would come back

I really liked how close it was to Downtown & within walking distance. Valet arriving & leaving were both very friendly gentlemen & so helpful. They both took their time to ask about our stay here & answer any questions we had. Our room was cleaned & made-up fast & they were so great. The room itself was clean.

I think the front desk staff should be friendlier! There was 2 staff when we arrived & they didn't ask if he had been here before or anything. I didn't find them friendly or inviting. When we were leaving the gentleman on the front desk barley said 3 words to us. Didn't ask how our stay was or anything! I don't even think he looked up to see us. I have been in the service industry for 30+ years & eye contact goes along way & makes people feel special. The shower stall floor could be cleaned better.

Great stay. Great lobby bar with great music.

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating.The hotel text me to ask me how everything was and when I told them I was not happy about my room, and they put me up in a much nicer one in Tower 2 (Thanks to staff member named Heather).

First 2 room assignments were in Tower 1... which is not very nicely appointed (needs remodeling, basically just the atrocious floor material).

Great Stay! Will be back soon!

The property is located really close to Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville. Our trip was for the Ed Sheeran concert. We loved the large breakfast portions; the staff and valet were awesome! We will be back in the future when we do business or hang out in Nashville!

Exceptional

The hotel was close to downtown and we had a city view on the 14th floor. The staff is amazing!!! We requested early check-in and they made it happen!!

We checked in early so maybe they cleaned in a hurry. My husband noticed that the bathroom floor looked dirty in some spots. I took a dry washcloth and wiped it over the dirty spots to check if it was stained. The washcloth I used was black from the dirt spots.

Nashville was amazing!

We didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant but it looked great. Love the music! It was great any time we listened.

It was expensive. $400 a night is pricy plus parking so $460. Not sure we would come back but loved the property and staff.

We had a wonderful stay and will return!

excellent hotel for location to everything CMA Fest. within walking distance to Nissan Stadium, Broadway and Printers Alley. lots of food choices and bars around it too but if you didn’t want yo wander the hotel has its own nice restaurant bar with live music. Staff were friendly and helpful with a special mention to the valet and the bar staff.

We couldn’t fault it. Price was little more than we would expect to pay normally however it was CMA Fest and everywhere had a higher price tag. I would pay it again for the location.

Amazing trip!! Fun place to stay!!

We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. we were within walking distance to so many things! We specifically went to attend a concert in Nissian Stadium and it was a ten minute walk from the hotel! valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about our car.

Room were a little on the small side but not uncomfortably so.

Great hotel location downtown. I liked the boutique style of the hotel with a strong Nashville vibe. Enjoyed the bar with the live music, the breakfast and the quality of the room.

Superb

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ambience of dining area and bar was lovely. This is an historic building so the dining room is large with high ceilings, beautiful. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Live entertainment at night was fantastic.

Room was a little bare, minimalist style. No comfy chair, linoleum on the floor, pillows very hard. But overall, it was ok, very clean.

Loved Hotel Indigo!

Every employee at Hotel Indigo was exceptionally friendly and professional! Our bed was very comfy and the location was incredible! Printer's Alley was right around the corner!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jessica at the front desk and she was an outstanding representative of the hotel. Jessica provided a great first impression of Hotel Indigo. We cannot say enough about two waitresses in the hotel. There were 6 people in our group so there were a lot of orders to take, etc. Brittany and Lea greeted us each morning with a smile and coffee... our days always started on a positive note and they provided outstanding service. We felt like we were family. They were excellent representatives of southern hospitality and your hotel!

We do not have any complaints. We were left with a very positive impression.

The breakfast was confusing; we had breakfast included with our stay. at check-in we were told for 4 nights we had a total of 8 breakfasts. That we could use the 8 anytime. The restaurant staff said, “ no you have 2 breakfasts each day of your stay.”. Some mornings when we only had time for coffee, no one seem to know if that counted as a breakfast. our friends in the other room had no idea if they got breakfast with their stay. ??
