Great location for the price. One of the nicer hotels in the area. Extremely quiet inside the building.
It was freezing and they didn’t have any extra blankets until three days into our trip. Multiple elevators were broken.

There was mold on the walls and it had a bad smell. The second room the ac was not working properly. I had asked for more blankets and no one ever took anything to the room the beds were so uncomfortable.

The beds were phenomenal and the location as well
That I called about checking in early and then when we got there they said we couldn't and I had to pay more to get checked in and the receptionist was snobby about the whole situation

The location was great.
Our room didn’t have any handsoap, when asked for some I was told someone would be bringing it and that never happened.
Then during valet pickup- they parked our car in the middle of Canal street and a police officer was out there yelling at us to move the car - she was also handing out tickets to all the other cars that were in valet.

Location was perfect on the corner of canal and bourbon street. Short walk to restaurants, cafe beignet, and etc.
Valet parking was 2 hours behind. We were told to walk to get our car from 623 Gravier street or to wait 2 hours. We walked to get our car because had to drive 30 minutes to go to a Swamp tour. After we return to valet, we walked in the hotel room to use the restroom, came back to mention my husband left his phone in the car 20 minutes ago and the phone was gone. The phone went straight to voicemail as it was powered out by someone else as it was not dead. The valet services stole my husband iPhone 14 Pro Max. We had to file a claim with AT&T. Today is Monday, 3/11 and my husband has been without a phone since Saturday, March 9th. He will get a new phone on 3/12 after waiting on the insurance claim. We arrived at the Crowne Plaza on 3/8 with a stay through 3/10. I am going to make a review on every platform until my husbands old iPhone returns to him or he is compensated as he had to pay $249 for a deductible and nightly valet service pay. I do not recommend a property that makes you pay $49 per night for valet services that steal from you and make you walk to get your own car. This unacceptable.

Right in the heart of the action of the French Quarter.
It’s difficult to valet or park if you arrive in the evening after a flight delay. The valet staff know what they’re doing though. You will have to yell to get their attention, but they are very responsive.

It was in the center of everything. Many things were walking distance and convenient.
The rooms were dusty and antiquated. The elevators were subpar and worked sometimes. Vagrants and people who were not residing within the hotel littered the lobby.

Waited until 6PM for room to be available and they never called as they promised they would when it was finally ready.
Never received the towels or blanket we requested over 5 times from housekeeping and daily from the front desk. They kept saying they were short staffed, but I saw plenty of staff mulling around talking. My son had to sleep without a blanket. Only 2 towels for a King Suite so my son also had no towel even though we requested one at least 5 times and gave the cleaning staff on our floor a tip to deliver a towel and blanket yet we still went without. While I appreciate the fact that New Orleans is a festive and loud city, stating that could be something to keep in mind on the website would have allowed us to be better prepared or chose a different hotel. A portion of rooms border one of the busiest and loudest streets and will impact the noice level. We did not get sleep, even with the ear plugs left in our rooms, due to extremely loud drumming on the street all night (until 4AM). It was so loud at times that we had to speak loud to hear one another.

Las instalaciones están bonitas y bien ubicado.
Que no haya personal que hable español, se supone que es un hotel y debe haber alguna persona que hable no solo inglés si no que otro idioma.

We were able to check in as soon as we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise since I was under the impression we couldn’t check in till 4pm. We arrived at 10:30am from the airport.
We had paid for this room in full on this app about a week prior to our arrival. Booking states on this website that there is a $60 deposit to be paid upon arrival. Ok. When I went to check in I was told the deposit was $240. I paid it. She said we would get it back within 7 days of us checking out. Ok, no big deal.
The room was spacious. It had two full beds. The windows were dirty and so foggy the view wasn’t very good. There was no fridge microwave in the room.
The pillows are hard. Very hard, there was a mouse in our room, I had to go out in the hallway and flag down a room service lady to get coffee every day.
The hot water took take a shower didn’t exist.
I had gone down on Sunday to ask about getting a ride to the airport early on Monday morning. The lady told me she could hit a button to get a cab immediately but urged me to get a Uber or Lyft. Of course, the lift trip was $73 the cab from the hotel was $36.
We went to check out the next morning. They called a cab and we left.
When we got home my husband noticed we had been charged the full price of the room again. We called the hotel on the phone. The lady was so snotty she hung up on my husband. We called back, they told, us a refund would be given and a email would be sent within 5 minutes. 45 minutes go by and nothing. I call back another snotty lady said they was working on it and they hung up on me.
Finally the email got sent. The hotel never apologized and treated us like we did wrong in asking for a refund of the double charge.
I would NEVER stay at this place again. These women need to go back to school and take a class in manners!!

A shout out to the men at the front who were in charge of keeping the luggage before or after your check-in or check-out. Wonderful staff.. these 2 gentlemen made our trip! Kind, friendly, courteous and better hospitality impossible. Erick and Derrick are THE BEST!!!
The staff at reception had a pair of workers that have probably never worked in hospitality and have no manners. Rude, disrespectful and clueless about how to talk and deal with hotel guests.
On December 6th at 1:22pm I called the number I found on Google for the hotel and asked for an accessible room since I was traveling with my 88 year old mother. I specifically asked if they had a room with a shower. The person I talked to said she would change my room to one. When we got there we realized this had not been done and were told that the number listed on Google is not a direct number to the hotel and the people who answer that number never make the changes. What's the point then giving guests that number to call? We were told that maybe the next day we could find a more suitable room. Next day we were sent to a smaller room which was dirty. There were still chips on the floor from previous guests and the room still had a bathtub. When I complained again we were told that bathrooms with showers only come with a king size bed. We decided to stay in the second one we got despite the bathtub. They didn't vacuum the room until the 3rd day we were there. The cleaning lady left a note saying her vacuum cleaner wasn't working?!?!

Convenience. Was in walking distance to several places including bourbon street.
Our room 617, didn’t have hot water Saturday night, December 9 and Sunday morning December 10th. It was reported Saturday night and nothing was done about it.

Didn’t eat breakfast
The crowd of folks around the doorway. I was knocked down and stepped over by a group of ppl running. Injured my rib area, and hit my head on the floor as well as my hip. I plan to never stay there again. Not enough lighting in the room

The presence of the sheriff department in the lobby and by the main entrance. It made us feel safe. The hotel was very nice and quiet.
The toilet stopped flushing and had to go through hell just to get maintenance and still didn’t receive help in time.

When we got there on Friday evening, we were told valet was full. They told us to go to a parking garage on Jefferson st, when we got there, the lady told us it was full. We went back to the hotel and they then gave us another parking lot to go to and it was full which was very frustrating at that point.. however, we ended up parking several streets down from the hotel and had to walk with our luggage.

Localização, quarto amplo, limpo e silencioso mesmo estando próximo a Bourbon Street
Há um pouco de bagunça na esquina do hotel por conta da Bourbon Street, causando um pouco de insegurança ao entrar em sair do hotel

The location is right in the heart of the City and Bourdon Steet. Able to get around the area without any issues.
The Business Center was poorly maintained, and no one was responsible for it at the hotel. Computer Access was slow, the printer toner was out, the printer was out of paper and the Front desk couldn't help resolve the problems.

Very clean, perfect location.
The AC in my room wasn’t working, when I arrived the room was very cold, I called the front desk and they sent a guy that didn’t know anything and couldn’t fix. And in middle of the night the room started getting hot and we couldn’t cool down. The hotel never offered to change us to another room with a working AC.

The location.
The undesirable crowd of people in front of building. Having to wait in a long line for the front desk. Only one staff member handling everything and others members not assisting customers promptly. Plus I had to have my room key cards reprogrammed due to not working on the elevator or room.

No microwaves

Then there was a chair with a poop stain in the room.

Location was great! Hotel was at the corner of Bourbon St and Canal Street. Walking distance to Jackson Square. Cafe Beignet was right across the street from the hotel. Beignets are a definite must when visiting New Orleans. Took a City and cemetery tour. Our tour guide Karen was great! Had a great sense of humour and was very nice to talk to.
Stain on the mattress cover.
The smell of marijuana at the entrance of the hotel that lingered into the hotel which was unfortunate. Elegant lobby
