Once mess up was corrected it was great.

Great location.

Maybe the front desk guy was overwhelmed but he sent us to a room that was already booked almost walked in on strangers 😕

I was a little confused on the cleaning of the room policy since we stayed over a weekend.

Oatmeal and toppings was great everyday. The coffee was excellent. Fresh fruit was great

I love it I will highly recommend won’t disappoint

I love that the breakfast was amazing. Every single day was a different menu. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for four nights. In the kitchen, was very small. I will highly recommend you to take your own pan to cook since the only provide one big pan. I love that the have a free laundry room we’re you can wash and dry your cloth for free.

Exceptional

Location was great 20 minutes from downtown and close to the areas outside where we wanted to be. I changed my arrival date with booking.com and they never notified the property and my room reservation was canceled. They were very accommodating in honoring my rate and getting me checked in timely. Also, Megan at the front desk gave some great recommendations of some things which were outstanding we would have never found to do. Breakfast was very good and one of the largest amounts of choices I have seen in a while.

Bed was a little soft for me. I am not a fan of the low water pressure I'm all for saving water but to me the pressure was inadequate.

You can hear everyone walking around upstairs. Meaning the people upstairs had a young child who enjoyed running around until 1AM. Sounded like a WWE Match for the vertically challenged.

Breakfast was excellent.

Because we checked in early, the staff might have missed the shower curtain in the bathroom. I requested for one and the staff delivered immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you!

A little pricey. Grounds and rooms need to be maintained better.

Breakfast area during the week is not as nice as on the weekends. The lady is not in the area and they ran out of cups and items every day. The outside of the grounds was never picked up. Trash was over flowing in all areas..

they made it right and granted 2 rooms they were sold out of suites which is what I initially booked

we got there and was told I would have to contact booking. com due to their system being faulty when I booked, my room was reserved when it shouldn’t have been.

Convenient location, good amenities, nice overall room size, queen suite was spacious for family of 4. Didn’t explore fitness center, business center and swimming pool area so can’t comment on these amenities.

Queen suite supposed to have two queen beds but the bed sizes were smaller, looked like twin bed size. Didn’t get proper sleep due to smaller bed size. And breakfast was average, juice machine wasn’t working.

they didn’t clean the room except for the last night of a four night night stay there was garbage outside the rooms especially next door to our room for three days…Friday Saturday and Sunday they finally picked up5(3 the hallway garbage on Monday

This stay was an absolutely great value for the price.

I liked how well lit the parking lot was and the amount of parking spaces available.

There were a few sketchy people wandering around outside very late at night. Only noticed because I was on the first floor.

Great staff, Continental breakfast and clean facility.

I like the extended living options and a kitchen with refrigerator. we also enjoyed the pool.

I booked a king bed, my reservation was confirmed for a king. Our bed was a Queen. The front desk said there are no king beds on site. I would not have stayed had I known there were no king beds. 🥲

location to Highway

laundry machines (2 washers 4 dryers) were out of order the entire visit, staff did not enforce after hours pool rules and the guests were loud all night. breakfast was barebones and practically inedible with the drink machine broken.

The beds were not made bathroom was not cleaned dishes in dishwasher had to be washed the room was not ready to rent and they had rented to us Room was not ready

Not to pay the full amount in booking the room at least some refund back room was not ready counters in kitchen were not clean Was not vacuumed

The smell was horrible in the room it smelled like dog horrible cleaning from the bathroom to the main room .got charge twice on my card . Worst ever .
