Great NYE stay for game, food and fun!

Great location in downtown near sports fields, restaurants and casino. Friendly staff too!

The front desks workers were very polite, patient, and courteous

The view wasn’t the view I was shown it was jus looking at a boxed in area with a tree

Nice hotel, great location, very pricey

The location was very convenient! We came for the Baltimore Running Festival and we were close to everything. The room was also spacious. Clean and comfortable.

How much the rates were increased because of the festival. I understand supply and demand but the hotel is already a higher end property to begin with. Unfortunately the room prices were doubled just because of the festival. They didn’t need to be increased that much.

Awesome hotel!

We come to Baltimore yearly, for Oriole baseball games and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and informative. They even gave us suggestions for restaurants that delivered to the hotel, which was great because the baseball game ended late. The room was so clean and huge! We got breakfast at the cafe and the food was good and reasonably priced. We will be staying here again in the future!

Check in time could have been a little earlier. Maybe around 2:00

Great staff, that are very friendly, always ready to accommodate, and very professional.

Everything in the hotel was accommodating. Except the ice machines 😁 locations.

Walking from the parking garage then crossing the street of parking garage entrance/exit to get to the lobby of the hotel. That is an extreme safety hazard for guess handicap and able body as well. Owners need a skywalk built, to avoid a possible lawsuit in the near future.

Michele, at the Front Desk was just simply exceptional. She is the reason I will be returning.

Having to pay for parking although I was compensated for several days so it worked out.

The entire staff should be applauded from the doormen to the front desk it was Amazing.

The staff was amazing. We ran into a hiccup on check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Great hotel and very helpful and friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The view from the hotel is fantastic. We had a lovely stay.

No cleaning or additional towels/coffee during the stay. The Explorer's was a total miss... Service was very slow and food not good.

We enjoyed our stay very much, would stay here again.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Check in & out were easy & quick. Also there was a nice gym to work out in with many equipment. Lastly, it is truly walking distance to everything, which saved a lot of money

The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty, me and other visitors had to try and clean some of it up ourselves. It was full of dirt, spit, and hair.

Loud, dirty room, no microwave a man brought a microwave up to our door and handed it to my husband what a mess!!!!! noisy people staff was rude just a mess I would not go back.

Location was perfect! Harbor views were amazing! penthouse though dated was huge and very comfortable

A fun weekend was enjoyed by everyone in our party! ! !

A great welcome was received from Michele in the lobby as we checked in early as requested. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout our stay. Our rooms were beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable!

The location and cleanliness was really good.

I was not salty that the view that I asked for was not the view that got! I requested a harbor view instead I got a view with the top of a roof and only partial view of the harbor. Very disappointed with that especially if that is what I was charged and paid for.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and we plan to visit again.

The location was great, walking distance to the harbor and great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the cafe in the lobby and the pool area was nice.
