Room was comfortable and nice, however the loft being out for our stay was really inconvenient as international travelle

The room was a good size, with enough room for our bags, tv and mini bar. The bed was comfortable and made for a nice place to rest at the end of a busy day travelling/sightseeing.

The lift was out of order for our whole stay. Which as international travellers both with 2 x large 25kg suitcases, was where we’ve unfortunately lowered our overall rating. My partner had to carry 50kg of luggage up 3 levels of narrow stairs and back down again, as it was not operating still when we left.

Muy buen hotel, cómodo

La habitación era amplia, el hotel brinda café y medialunas en la mañana (si bien no es un desayuno completo, se agradece) y la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad es muy buena. El sector del bar y baños, muy cómodos cuando se debe dejar la habitación en la mañana y tomar un vuelo tarde en la noche. Sin lugar a dudas me hospedarían nuevamente.

La pileta de la habitación, era chica y además tiene un estante justo sobre ella, lo cual no la hace tan cómoda. Por momentos en las áreas comunes se sentía olor feo.

Would definitely stay again!

Lovely boutique hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good shower, lovely additional touches like full mini bar and snacks.

Although the website stated room service, bar and restaurant, these facilities were not available.

Very stylish and great service. All staff from bar to front desk to maintenance were great.

Staff were very accomodating with an issue with our air conditioning.

The room we were moved to was next to the street and very noisey.

Great deal for the price

Great place to stay in SF. Very kind and helpfull staff. The location is great, close to everything, just around the corner from Union Sq and cable car.

Great hotel in a good convenient location with nice rooms

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were very clean and modern. The bar area was excellent with a small live music set up.

Check in was smooth with a very efficient and helpful gentleman.

The restaurant/bar was open late which was great but I think that the fellow working could have used some help.

Great location, staff not overly helpful. Suited a base but information about facilities not great.

Lovely decor and great location to walk everywhere

We were in a room next to the lift so it was noisy. The staff weren’t very helpful with taxis. The bar/restaurant was expensive - no special treatment for guests. Room was quite dark.

Great location and sense of style

It was a bespoke hotel with rooms well decorated. Great location in Union square but away from noise. Bar really lovely.

Room very small. Kitchen not open though advertised.

Really nice hotel, great decor, amazing cocktails and friendly staff!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms were very clean, tidy and great mattresses/duvets. The bar/restaurant had great food and customer service.

This isn't a Palihotel problem...but due to the homeless/drug problems throughout the whole of SF, it is worth putting earplugs in at night as you otherwise you will hear arguments/screaming from outside. Palihotel leave a pair of earplugs on each side of the bed for you, which is a nice touch!

All the essentials one would need. Bar closed early at 10pm.

Parking was difficult for me because I had equipment for work and there isn’t a good place to unload/load in front of the hotel. would have been better if I was there for leisure.

Stylish hotel with helpful staff near Union Sq and Chinatown

Beautifully styled hotel in a good location near Union Square and Chinatown. Staff and Managers excellent. Had a very good chat with the staff and the mangers on the front desk who were all lovely and helpful. I had some concerns when checking in but the manager quickly turned those concerns around and was so approachable and bubbly that it made up for the minor inconvenience I experienced.

Shower was broken in my room- however the manager on shift was excellent and prompt and offered to move my room and compensate me for my inconvenience.

Exceptional

The staff were incredible, very helpful and courteous, aimed with great recommendations for local spots. The rooms are well equipped with a mini fridge, robes and a seating area which was handy for working remotely.

The last day of my stay the wifi was down, possibly the only thing I didn't enjoy about the stay.

Perfect, would do it again.

It was a lovely staff which was most helpful. The rooms had a wonderful aesthetic and the bar was pleasant to be in. The location might seem odd at first, just before the tunnel to china house, but it was such a life saver as it is about 15-20 min walk from everything you need.

My only complain was that the beds were a bit too soft, but that is on me for not asking about options for mattresses.

Great location, nice design, pick your room carefully

location, cleanliness, design of the hotel

no safe box in rooms, noisy room, beeping air conditioning, overpriced bar avoid rooms X15, they are next to the janitor's closet, they are noisy as the staff starts cleaning the floors early. one of the staff couldn't answer the simple question how much the total charge will be. i had to ask again another receptionist in the next shift.

Great Hotel - would stay again

Great hotel in the centre of San Fransisco. A little quirky which I loved. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. would stay again.

A little tricky to get a park in front. Probably wouldn’t recommend if you are travelling by car although I think they can arrange valet parking for you (car goes to a nearby car park)

Average hotel with good design at a great location.

Beautiful decor, good rooms, beautiful restaurant / bar with good food 😊 Convenient location one block away from Union Square shops and Chinatown.

1) Weird smell as it is next to a couple of restaurants; I suggest not opening the windows. 2) They do not take contactless payment. 3) Reception staff is not too friendly or attentive.
