Was nice and quiet and comfortable

The Entrance and exit to the Hotel is a little bit tricky.

There was a hole in our room from the door. And our door upper lock didn't lock at all.

Nice, clean and comfortable very friendly staff!

The staff from front desk clerk , the breakfast hostess and the maid were all very nice and helpful.

The parking fee it was $10 But there are signs posted all over about how they weren’t responsible so we made sure to park our car by the window of our room so we could keep an eye on it ourselves . . . So the $10 was a fee fee!

Charging $10.00 for parking. That is ridiculous specially when you have a handicap. Where can you park for free when staying at your hotel. Do you also charge for swimming in the pool. Walking to your room.

It exceeded all of my expectations.

I loved everything. The staff were extremely nice, especially the guy there in the evening. He was super sweet and amazing. I could talk to him for hours on end

I loved everything but the only thing I’d change is being able to check out later in the day

Numerous bathroom amenities missing (including soap), phone didn’t work to advise front desk, numerous outlets inop.

felt like I should have been comped a nights stay ….

the toilet whistled after it was flushed for 30 seconds, the sink was clogged and they were booked and could only give a king with a pull out couch not an even trade or an up grade for 4 adults

I got 2 letter saying they were under construction that were dated for January 2022, so I thought there’s no way they could still be under construction for over a year….

excellent would come back!

it was good, the staff was great, we ended up having majority of the hotel to ourselves due to the storm but it worked out nicely and it wa amazing the beds!!!! so comfortable we slept like a baby.

Good food and staff, okay location and too bad the pool was closed.

Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Easy Parking.

Wasn't able to use the pool. They made arrangements for us to use the pool at the hotel next door but is was a a little dirty.

they should let people know before getting hotel that the place is under renovation and stuff will be closed down!

we went in didn’t know that they were doing renovations no staff to send towels and other stuff everything was shut down or broken or not working and they charged us full price! and everything was closed like the pool and all stair wells.

the room looked very nice
