Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel wygrywa położeniem. Fajne rozwiązanie w lobby hotelowym, można zawsze napić się kawy, herbaty lub napełnić butelkę wodą gazowaną i niegazowaną.

W pokoju w którym jest okno jest zdecydowanie chłodniej.

Good-sized room, excellent shower pressure, short waiting times for lifts; good location downtown, very nice rooftop terrace.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful and I love how clean it was. P.S. the best hotel pillows I’ve come across 😍

I just wished the shower had a door and not a curtain but that is a very small detail. Everything else was great.

Great Room with exceptional view

Lovely big rooms and really comfortable beds, with a brilliant view of the World Trade Centre and 9/11 Memorial. Easy access to bars, restuarants, subways and a short walk to the ferries to both Statue of Liberty and Brocklyn. There was a coffee machine, fridge and mircowave in in the room, you just asked at reception for extra coffee pots. We also liked that they didn't clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price.

Nothing really, except for the noisy ceiling fan/air conditioning - we should have mentioned it to the hotel to give them a chance to rectify but we didn't want to change rooms (1208) as we loved the view.

Gute Wahl für 3 Nächte in New York,.... gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal

Vorhang auf und man schaut auf das World-Trade-Center und auf den Ground Zero,... beeindruckend. Zu Fuss kann man den Finance District bequem erforschen. Ideale Lage auch zur Metro, Staten Island Ferry, Wallstreet. Nette Pubs und Restaurants um die Ecke :-)

Zentrale und schöne Unterkunft.

Die lage direkt am WTC und mitten im Finanzbezirk, ermöglicht eine schnelle Anbindung in jede Richtung. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse, von der man einen schönen Ausblick und am Nachmittag auch etwas Sonne genießen kann.

Leider ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und Nachts hat es auch nach Gras gerochen.

Great place to stay for a great price

Nice big rooms and really comfortable beds. There is coffee in the room but also at the reception and water. Location is great as it is calm at night and tou are close to different subway lines. I also liked that they dont clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ground Zero und ist bestens gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gibt es jederzeit kostenlos in der Lobby und Wasserstationen auf den Fluren.

Die Lage Top

Die Lage war sehr Ruhig und man konnte alles gut erreichen vom Hotel aus. Ausserdem war die Lage des Hotels am Abend sehr sicher. Personal war wirklich freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel hatte keinen Safe sehr wünschenswert.

Buena estancia, agradable en general.

Hotel limpio, habitaciones triples muy amplias, con vistas al memorial 11S, baño amplio y pequeña zona cocina con microondas y mesa. Bien comunicado , la entrada de metro a 100 m, y WTC entrente, zona muy segura con mucha vigilancia policial. Personal muy amable, una señorita de recepción nocturna hablaba español. Ofrecen agua , café y té gratuitos, eso es muy positivo teniendo en cuenta los precios de N.York.

Tuvimos un problema al llegar ,ya que reservamos una habitación triple y nos dieron una doble , no tenían más , tuvimos que dormir nosotros y mi hija adolescente en la misma cama. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una habitación triple tal como teníamos reservado,era muy grande, con vistas y este hecho compensó al menos la incidencia inicial. Cabe decir que no realizan limpieza de habitaciones cada día , creo que pasan a limpiar cada 3 días , no obstante si pides toallas nuevas te las proporcionan sin problema. El suelo es con moqueta. El colchón de la cama era bastante blando, deberían renovarlo.

Pokoj duzy. Super wygodne lozko. W lazience wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Lokalizacja rewelacja. Blisko do WTC.

Mialam nadzieje na pokoj z widokiem na One World Trade Center. Za to mialam na strone gdzie wyburzali budynek. Ale to tylko taki maly minus. Poza tym wszystko super

Camas excelentes, ropa de cama y toallas muy buenas. Silencioso, muy bien ubicado. Facil acceso al metro. En el lobby cafe y te 24 hs. En los pasillos dispenser de agua potable fria muy util!

Mi hab era con cocina. Eramos 4, solo habia 2 tenedores, 2 platos y 1 cuchillo, sin pava electrica ni tostadora. Solo microondas, ni siquiera un jarrito! Pedimos q nos traigan mas cosas varias veces, nunca lo hicieron, no deben tener.

GREAT PLACE, near battery park and infront of 9/11 (Ground zero),. Will recommend 10/10

great hotel, big clean rooms, good washroom, The location is right by 9/11 and ground zero. perfect and quite for NYC and even offers free laundry +coffee and tea 24/7. Will defo stay here again when I am back.

Location wise its ok, everything closes a bit early probably because its the CBD area couldnt find a good grocery store near by and the nearest CVS was 11 mins by walk.

Ótimo hotel, boa localização

Hotel com boa localização, 15 min andando de onde sai os barcos para a estátua da liberdade, e 5 a 10 min de outras estações de trem, ao lado do memorial. Quarto grande e limpo. Água a vontade ao lado do elevador, com garrafinhas para encher.

Apesar de saber que nos EUA é cobrado um depósito no início da estadia, os hotéis (no geral) não avisam isso no momento do check in e nem falam quando sera feito o retorno no check out. Faz 24h que fiz o check out e ainda não retornou. Aguardando.

Ottima posizione ma gestione a dir poco approssimativa

La posizione

La prima stanza tripla che ci è stata assegnata era affacciata su un cavedio interno dove correvano delle enormi canne fumarie estremamente e continuamente rumorose. Abbiamo richiesto il cambio di stanza che ci è stato concesso, ma ci è stata assegnata una stanza doppia con l’aggiunta di un letto pieghevole. Sostanzialmente abbiamo dovuto scegliere tra stare svegli in una stanza tripla o poter dormire stretti in una stanza doppia. Ovviamente senza che ci venisse offerta una riduzione di prezzo (la richiesta che abbiamo fatto è stata ignorata). Il cambio di stanza ha richiesto oltre un’ora e almeno tre viaggi in reception per sollecitare la consegna del letto pieghevole e poi del numero adeguato di lenzuola. Abbiamo dovuto aprire e fare autonomamente il letto. Durante il cambio di stanza (ore 11 di sera) abbiamo dimenticato nella stanza una maglietta, abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poterla recuperare alle 8 del mattino successivo ma ci è stato detto che la maglietta non era stata trovata. Nonostante le ripetute richieste di approfondire che abbiamo fatto al personale della reception nulla è stato fatto. La pulizia della stanza è solo su richiesta, nel nostro caso è stata acconsentita, ma veniva resettato solo uno dei due letti, curioso! Molto utile il dispencer di acqua e bevande calde, ma per due mattina su 4 la macchinetta del caffè è stata fuori uso.

Lage und Aussicht. Gute Betten, rund um die Uhr kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee in der Kaffeelounge

Mitarbeiter unfähig, falsche Rechnung erstellt, Klärung dauerte Tage über Booking. Nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, Check-In musste selber gemacht werden, obwohl Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Keine Hilfe oder Erklärung

poor value, room confusion

a poor experience overall

There is clearly an issue between what is shown on booking.com and what is actually available at the hotel. Upon arrival we were told that due to guests overstaying the room I thought I'd booked wasnt available. I had paid $369. We were sent to a room which apparently had a pullout sofa bed, I didn't see it and it certainly wasn't made up. I returned to reception and was allocated a small twin single bedded room with no view, apparently because this has a table against the wall, 3 chairs, a fridge and a microwave wedged into it this makes it a superior room. I was expected something better for my money. I don't want to spend my holiday moaning (I'm British we don't do that) but I did want to check that this room represented full value given that I had specced a three person room to ensure some space for my daughter and I so I returned to reception. I was greeted by 'What now?' I feel like the hotels are rubbing their hands together in NYC this summer, they are filling their rooms and taking the revenue opportunity rather than focus on the guest experience. When I go back to NYC I won't stay here again, poor treatment overall, poor value for $369, whilst they pack in the sardines. I note if I go onto to the site a few days later a twin single bedded room is a lot cheaper than what I had to pay, I think I'm due a refund.
