Ruhig außer man wohnt im Erdgeschoss.

Es war eine sehr entspannte Gegend. Man hat dort auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe. Und man hat ein riesen Bad was genau so groß ist wie der Schlaf und Wohnbereich.

Wenn man im Erdgeschoss wohnt hört man alles was über einem ist. Zudem wirkt das Zimmer nicht sehr einladend.

Not even the quality of a basic budget hotel.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

I requested during check in that our bed be made daily and expected that the trash would be taken out. The bed was not made nor was the trash taken out when we returned on our first evening. This is basic, minimal housekeeping! I called the front desk and was told that I could get fresh linen and make the bed up myself! I didn't need fresh linen, simply expect a hotel even a low budget one to have the housekeeping to do the most basic cleaning. The linen was very poor quality. The carpet should be removed. Looked so dirty.Very disappointed. Yet, we still left a good tip because as all service workers deserve tipping and to be treated fairly.

Everything was nice and clean it was perfect for my family I loved that it has washer/dryer specially when you traveled with kids and there breakfast was great

Great!

Breakfast is great. Staff are super friendly. Room is clean. Parking is convenient. There’s a nice Sushi house just around the corner.

Not enjoyable. Will not stay there again in the future

The room was very clean.

The water was not very hot in the shower. Reservations were very difficult to deal with and not helpful. And didn’t not care for most of the front desk staff.

great value for money! Eliese in the breakfast room was absolutely the sweetest woman I’ve ever met! she brightened every single day with her cheery disposition. the other employees were nice, respectful, and always happy to help.

Hotel has been updated and was very clean.

Mattress were broken down on one side. Coffee maker in room is worthless.

Superb

We had a pleasant stay, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and the breakfast attendant were the highlight of our time, we were greeted with a joyful smile and cheery “good morning!” The attendant made sure there was always more food, asked several times if there was anything she could help us with, and even helped with our kids and was gracious with the messes they made. If we return, it will be specifically for the breakfast and the joyful breakfast attendant!

Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast server was WONDERFUL...a ray of sunshine. Room was perfect. Tub size great. TV's super. Parking close. Elevator service nice. Night time receptionist was very professional, welcoming, and fun. Great stay!

Breakfast was great, just that it was almost the same food everyday. But that is understood as the standard American breakfast, just for visiting Asians, it does get a little too much after a week :) Rooms we spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable

convenient.

I realize this is SoCal, but winter …is winter, so having an extra blanket in the closet would have been really useful. breakfast was beyond awful, I took a hoot of what was supposed to be an egg. Cold , overcooked and nasty. this property really needs to up its breakfast program. I would not stay there again
