It was very clean, courteous staff. The room was very clean and it had hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc) included. They had 4 elevators and they were never crowded.

Der erste Empfang im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut. Man wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen und das Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren im 29 Stock mit toller Aussicht auf Manhattan. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die Möbel an sich, vielleicht etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren. Die Lage ist top! Man geht gerade mal 5 min bis zum Times Square und die Metro ist 2 min entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Wochenticket zu buchen. Das Frühstück morgens ist sicher für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, da alles in Plastik ist, selbst Teller und Besteck. Abwechslung gibt es dort nicht, aber uns hat es auf jeden Fall ausgereicht, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Wir fanden es auch super, dass man vom Frühstück alles mitnehmen konnte, es gab extra Behälter und Tüten dafür. Wir haben das nicht gemacht, aber viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern haben dieses Angebot rege in Anspruch genommen. Im Foyer steht immer kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung, was wir auch super fanden. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Volle Punktzahl!

Geo who checked us in was very nice and professional. He made us feel very welcomed. Only downfall about this hotel was the air quality. We would put the air on and the room still felt stuffy.

I didn’t like that the room was very stuffy. My daughter and I would try to control the air conditioning and it was still very hot in the room. Also the curtain was ripped. I’m not sure if staff is actually checking their rooms.

The breakfast was great and the location was very convenient! Excellent customer service!

There was not self service for Great hot drinks after breakfast.

The property was great, only about 12 minutes from Times Square/Broadway where my visit primarily was located. I liked how safe it is that you need a key card to enter the hotel and access the elevator. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, professional and was so accommodating with extra towels and bath mat. I truly thank each of the staff members for their kindness during my stay.

I did feel that it wasn’t as thoroughly clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the tub, Kleenex/toilet paper on the bathroom floor and the sheets had a mark that may have been a permanent stain. Not really enough to bother anyone as it was minor, but enough for me to notice. I also did not think they came to my room during my stay to switch out the towels as I had to ask the desk for them. Again, minor stuff but I thought it should be noted.
