Clean, great breakfast with tons of options, nice shower area with glass doors, gave us tons of wash clothes and towels, big soft king size pillows, entire kitchen setup was great, provided all Soaps shampoos lotion, hot tub nice, big pool, Staff was nice. Room was quiet. Elevator was safe feeling. Parking was close and lot was well lit.

The hot tub/pool hours are restricted from 8am to 10pm.

This would have been our second time at staybridge, and we were so dis pleased. The first time we came, everything was nice and neat clean. But we didn't stay long, so we figured that we could come back and stay longer.. However, this time was a bit different. We drove from out of town for spring break. Let's start off by saying the hotel pool was disgusting.The breakfast bar was not full at all and not to mention the young lady with the dreads and the other short lady who runs the kitchen are very rude to the employees. Trash was everywhere, and there was no housekeeper for 2 days. The hotel should have known it was going to be spring break, so why not be on top of things? SEVERAL people didn't get to eat breakfast! No plates not enough food and the kitchen was disgusting!! The fruit was sour the breakfastmeat was burnt!! The hotel was veryyyy loud! Which that wasn't a big issue we understand kids and its spring break however they should have at least let people know to be mindful of others and noise level! The hallways were hot and stink! The rooms were clean for the most part, but it definitely could have been better! We found hair and used toilet paper! We plan on doing something everyday due to how this hotel was. We could not relax the way we planned. We will not be stay here no more.

Hello, My fiancé and I just had a stay at the Staybridge in Ballantyne. This is not our first time here, but what a difference a few months can make. We were both disgusted and highly disappointed with how downhill this property has gone. We stayed in room 310- a few things that were wrong... We had some take out and when my fiancé went to look for a fork to use, there weren’t any in the drawers. So he opened the dishwasher and it was full of dishes from the last people who stayed. The counters had not been wiped off very well and there wasn’t any body wash in the dispenser,.. only a completely empty dove soap bottle. The carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned - I wouldn’t walk on it barefooted and finally, the refrigerator.. so gross. It made the whole room smell. It was rotten. I was watching tv on the bed and when he opened it, it stunk up the entire room. It was horrible. I was embarrassed that I selected Staybridge for our night away. It was the quality of some off the highway pop in type place. Not to mention the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance .. just another let down. I planned this night away because we needed a stress free night to just relax. I chose this place because it was the first place we had ever been to together, so it had some sentimental feelings involved with the idea of going back. I was so wrong.. I regret the money spent and I don’t see us ever staying there again. Such a let down because this place used to be nice. Now it’s gross and not well kept. This hotel has a very grungy feel to it and we were both so let down with our experience.

I love the family friendly staff!! Great breakfast!! Tranquility in the courtyard!! Location-can walk to several restaurants!! Very close to highway 485, which takes you all around Charlotte!!
