Good location, in walking distance to river, aquarium and other touristic spots downtown. Ample choice of restaurants and bars nearby.
Cleaning service has missed some spots in the room. A/C sounded like a starting airplane.

Excellent location
We were booked into a handicap room, and I did not request a handicap. There was a broken shelf in the bathroom and was only given 1 washcloth. Very clean and comfortable

The staff, the room. Staff was not well trained. Room had a mold smell and had ants in the bathroom. When time to get free breakfast, someone did not give us a voucher. The restaurant employee made us feel like we were lying.

Great location, close to most sites. Staff were very friendly. Facilities very clean and comfortable. Nice bar upstairs with good happy hour.
Having to pay for parking in addition. Wish pool was heated. Breakfast on site was very expensive for mediocre food.

We enjoyed how friendly the staff was as well as the hotel features. We were happy to stay near the outdoor pool and go for a walk in the downtown near the hotel. We loved the room and the trip in general. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean in my room and the bed was pretty comfortable. The sink had a small drip, however, that didn't impact my stay at all. I would stay here again!
The coffee cafe was a long wait with only one employee working. However, she was very friendly and worked as quickly as she could. The coffee was very good!

The facilities were well kept. Rooms were excellent. Bar/restaurant was great. Issac was the bomb.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Woke up several times with hip, back, and should pain. Checked under sheets. Old bed. Pillows and bedding did not smell clean

The location was great. The location was in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit.

We got in Friday night to stay for the weekend. Caleb was super helpful and friendly getting us checked in. Room was very comfortable.
The fan in the bathroom did not work, but that wasn’t a big deal. I felt for the price we paid for the room breakfast should have been included not an extra charge.

The phone number don’t work online to contact property once I’ve arrived they said it was a $250 deposit which I already thought u had the hotel covered booking.com

Location was great. Good breakfast.
Wi fi would not connect to tablet. Staff tried to fix problem. Was booked for 2 nights wife became ill had to leave .only one day stayed. No compensation. For other night.

the location to downtown was great. even though they are renovating the facility was clean and neat.
the breakfast was bad. maybe the cook had an off day but the breakfast lacked.
