Parking is awkward; difficult access to hotel from garage. Seems directed to force customers to use Valet service.

amazing staff- very helpful concierge ! great room with a great view - delicious breakfast -central location

that it didn’t have its own spa and had to share with Equinox - so spa facilities were not accessible unless you booked a spa treatment with Equinox- the TV system is outdated no access to Netflix you tube etc unless you download an app and cast even then it didn’t work - at other Four Seasons at least casting works relatively easy
