Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable, hospitality was excellent!

Our room was perfect for our group! It’s functionality worked perfectly well for us as well. Having the coat hanger in the center with a bench and storage for luggage was really well thought out. Having two televisions with kids was a life saver 😅

Exceptional

The pool isn't too deep so it's great for kids. The hotel is clean and easy to get to because it's next to the freeway.

We found two needles in the carpet. Also, the service on the third day was very poor. The bathroom didn't get cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the sheets weren't changed but that was just the third day we were there.

locale, Starbucks, pizza, burgers are all in within distance, parking free and plentiful, canine charge was only $30, buffet breakfast included Hotel is located just off the freeway

buffet closed at 9:30AM, would have preferred 10AM

Needed a nearby hotel to visit family.

Holiday Inn Express hotels are consistently clean, esthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The staff always seem pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast is challenging, but all in all ok

Hotel is very clean, and parking is adequate. Breakfast very good selection and a great staff.

Pipes would bang in the walls at night and wake you up. At checkout they refused to print a receipt due to the reservation being made through a third party.

We are a family with a service dog. They gave us a room close to the back door which was convenient. The pool is heated.

Its close to the airport which is very convenient when you arrive late.
