Ok, for the cost I expected friendlier staff and not to slip in vomit.

The hotel is very nice. The location is nice. It looks great. The bed was comfortable.

The lady that checked us in was very rude and cold, coming from Charleston where we stayed and they were exceptionally nice. I was so shocked coming to this lady. We arrived at 11 PM. We were tired we just wanted to sleep . I had questions I asked her and she answered very cold, like I was bothering her and being an inconvenience to her. My husband bought water from the front desk later after checking in and the man was rude as well, like we were inconveniencing him. I also want to say I don’t like that we had no choice, but to Valet Park. I am not comfortable valet parking my car. I wish I would have realized this and I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I’m sure it was in the fine print I would have stayed somewhere else. I would have liked the option to park on my own and walk in. the room wasn’t fully cleaned. One of the towels had markings on it and in our fridge had two 1/2 empty bottles of water. Also on my way out after the valet got our car I slipped on vomit. It was disgusting. The morning staff/valet were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay due to the clean rooms, helpful staff and location! We will be back!

We loved the location of the hotel, we were attending a event at the convention center across the street so the location could not have been more perfect. The staff was friendly and we used the complimentary shuttle to take us to dinner. We loved the hardwood floors in our room and enjoyed the hotel restaurant. We look forward to staying at this location again.

There is a significant amount of noise from traffic in the room.

$30/night to park, and declaring it was valet only is unconscionable. There is nowhere else to park, except in gara

The lobby and adjoining areas were very nicely appointed.

Too easy access to the hotel rooms. Anyone could walk in and go up to any floor. Elevators should be accessed by room key only.

The hotel was nice, but not worth what we payed $240 per night plus $30 for parkkng. Next time Ill try the Hilton @ $160

Proximity to local attractions.

At some point in the night the AC switched from cool to heat and we weren’t able to change it back to cool! There was no fan or ability to crack a window! We woke up at 2:00 on FIRE and could not sleep. $30 parking -no one helped us regarding parking (valet, registration or check out) they said i should receive emails to register, but i never did & the guy at the parking desk was zero help. thankfully i didn’t get towed in the night.

Much better than the downtown Hilton.

Beautiful lobby, great bar, clean and comfortable room.

Our room faced a busy street and it was very loud, making it hard to sleep.

I will not be back to this location. Had to go ask for clean glass , linings, they put in incorrect

Was not an option for breakfast at this location

Have my room ready and not try to put me in something I have or going’s to pay for at the hotel advertise rate of $215.00 then change me at $ 600.00 a night.

Good. We lived Knoxville

Location, staff and overall hotel.

The coffee shop charged 5$ for a Luke warm coffee out of a pump container. Good hot coffee is a MUST at a hotel. This was disappointing.

We were headed to Myrtle Beach. This was pretty much in the center of our drive. Nice town good people it was very nice.

It was clean workers were very helpful

Exceptional

We went celebrating birthdays and the receptionist upgraded us to get on the club level and free breakfast. It was amazing. Wonderful place to stay. Def. recommend and will be returning.

We had a great stay, very good customer service!

Clean room, very powerful AC, they upgraded us to an executive room since it was our wedding night.

Bathroom was a little small but no complaints otherwise.

Would stay here again for Convention!

Pros: Excellent location for the Fanboy Expo we went to it was at the Knoxville Convention Center it was literally across the street! Beds were sooo comfortable! Shower was amazing! Good water pressure and hot! Clean! In hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. Mini fridge was helpful. Got very dark to sleep at night with both curtains closed.

Cons: No pool HVAC was a bit loud sometimes but nothing good ear plugs don’t help drown out. No free breakfast but hotel breakfast was delicious for an additional charge.

Convenient and comfortable stay but didn’t really get to enjoy the property. Basically got to shower and sleep and left

Love the location but the fire alarm went off that night which has never happened to me and no one seemed to know what was going on.

I didn’t like the valet but was so so thankful that your valet guys saw my flat tire and I called AAA to put my spare on!

Great location, and very clean. Would stay again.

Hotel was very clean.

The fire alarm went off at about 11PM and we evacuated. We were waiting outside and they told us it was all clear so we went back to our rooms, but the alarm continued to go off for about 30 minutes after that. It was very hectic.
