An excellent 6-night stay and definitely would stay again. Met our needs well!

Good breakfast selection and large breakfast area. Employees all were very nice and courteous. Our room and all public areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. Quiet yet convenient location. Reliable wake-up calls. Room card access and credit card-operated laundry room (1 washer, 1 dryer and one cycle of each was adequate). Availability of 2 computers in lobby.

The hotel restaurant was not open (in late Oct 2023) and there was no nearby (walkable) restaurant. Surveillance of the large parking lot might be be better (a car was broken into overnight and the driver told us that the hotel security camera's view of his car was blocked by a tree).

Horror Show! and its not over yet!!!!!!

The breakfast was excellect and there was a good selection of items to choose from and tables were very clean. Coffee was nice and hot staff kitchen staff was very friendy and helpfull. Thats all I liked about Fairfield.

Check in was suppose to charge me separating the expense between 2 cards for the 3 nights we were there and they over charged me by $205.85 which they say isn't showing on their records plus they charged twice on one card and once on the other a different amount. How simple is it to split the total of a bill in half. Fighting with them now and I am very frustrated because no one gets back to me . I even sent them a fax copy of the statment showing the over charge on my end and this is making no sense to me. Will not use them again. There was a stench in the hallways and some people were leaving because of it. The rugs in the room were moist so you could not walk barefoot. Access to the bath towels and shampoo were too high to reach without climbing which was dangerous to a senior like me. And the tub was slippery, also dangerous. Not enough grips on the bottom of the tub.

Can’t complain with a comfy bed and a free warm breakfast

Access to the pool as well as the on site restaurant. The beds were very comfortable.

Lack of room selections. Not enough spacious rooms for families. The hot tub was also not working.

Fine spot to stay! I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

It was clean. Breakfast was fine and the woman setting up breakfast was a friendly hard worker. Comfortable room and bed. Big bathroom.

Unfortunately there was some vandalism to vehicles in the parking lot, first night there was a vehicle with a broken window, and the last morning there was a vehicle that all 4 wheels had been stolen

Chose facility for proximity to highway to travel to New Britain and for hot breakfast Came to attend funeral.

There were bed bugs in my bed; 1of 2 queen beds in room. I was bitten up, even saw and captured an insect. I should have been suspicious because there was a cup of mysterious liquid left on counter, no towels in bathroom. I'm still trying to decide how to check our garment bags in garage, so no visitors infest my home. Manager "comped" my room, but the pain of being bitten etc. was worse than my lose ! I don't know how to choose a decent hotel , I thought $149/night would put me in a decent room ?

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast. The beds were so comfortable they instantly fell asleep.

Glad I picked this hotel. I'll stay there again. Very clean, quiet. Liked having a ref. and

The breakfast was excellent, full menu. not just cold cereal. Had coffee, tea, lemon water, and hot chocolate 24/7.

One night the power went out for a minute. Came back on, but no TV. We, asked the next morning and a young lady came up and fixed it.

room was comfortable and clean, great location and reasonable price.

pool was not heated and not inviting with children splashing and screaming. spa out of order.

I enjoyed my stay over all.

Breakfast needs a little more variety. Not everyone eats eggs. Pancakes or waffles would had been nice. Cereal needs more of both children and adults will eat. More bacon less sausage.
