A comfortable, quiet location near the freeway and some shopping and dining.
Breakfast was incredible, and the staff was very polite and accommodating.
The hot tub was completely torn up and being repaired, but this was not mentioned when we booked.

Not great.
The bed was good.
The air conditioning wasn't working. You could not control it, it was just blowing warm moist air and there was no water pressure in the shower.

It was nice.
The lobby and room were beautiful. The breakfast was good.
I felt like the staff could've been friendlier. I'm a Hilton Honors member and they weren't able tell me the day before if early check in was a possibility. After leaving me on hold over 10 mins. Then when I called back once I landed and they explained early check in would cost $75 which is outrageous! Lastly, when I did check in the guest agent didn't smile, wasn't courteous or friendly. I had to double check the room information because she didn't even tell me room number.

The staff at as amazing from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the housekeepers. Will stay here again and would re
Everything was clean and spacious. Amenities met our needs.
The bathroom needs a refresh. The vent fan didn’t work, the shower had a constant drip and showed obvious signs of wear, and the toilet had a small leak at the base as well.

Wonderful stay, we will come back!
I just want to say when we walked in it was a sigh of relief. It smelled clean and was a beautiful sight. I have crazy anxiety about cleanliness of places I stay. Water fountains with lights and plenty of seating (not your basic seating, some comfy with pillows and even like cubby chairs that make your space personal). The elevators were great, glass so we could see as were going up to the 9th floor RM 933!! Pool was indoor and nice in size, plenty of seating and towels and shower provided in the area. The exercise room was lovely and had plenty to offer. We had the King accessible suite (I have a bad knee so the rails in the tub would have helped a lot with getting up). The room had lots of space and overall was pretty clean. Nice size living area with T.V., sofa. It had coffee, fridge, and microwave and a sink off from living area. This hotel offers complimentary breakfast and afternoon reception for free!! Who doesn't like free things!! So, breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, grits, pancakes, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, drink, juice, and coffee. They also had chef cooking omelets which we did not do. Nice variety but only complaint was that it could have been a bit hotter when served. The 2 free per adult drinks and snacks during reception are real and pleasant service every night. It is select liquor, wine and beer with top shelf upgrades for a price. Rum and coke, margaritas on ice, cranberry juice and bourbon, vodka and OJ were very much a delight. They have pretzel and nut mixes, veggies with dip and chips and dip. We did this all 3 nights that we stayed it was a nice way to start your evening for free. They were served in tumbler cups first 2 night and the last night was a normal size dixie type cup. Drinks were mixed well and they were not greedy with the alcohol, I'm always a sceptic of free things. Cheers to the bar tenders! Staff all seemed wonderful. The staff doing breakfast were all very attentive.
It could have had some soft music playing in the sitting area in the lobby and restaurant to set the mood while checking in and having the afternoon drinks. The room key is needed to use the lights, not really a dislike because it is understandable but took some getting used to. We walked around worried because we thought our lights were not functioning (we had no clue) maybe some obvious direction on this would help. I agree the parking fee of $10 is not right especially since when we came out the birds had POOPED all over our car! The windows in our room were so dirty you couldn't see well through it. The sun coming up in the morning was in perfect sight but the photo I took was plainly through a dirty glass outside. Ok my biggest thing is having a jet tub to sit in and relax with bubbles and candles. No jet tub in this room but a regular tub yes. The first notice was the grout was stained and not appealing to the eye, so the detail cleaning could be better especially in the bathroom tub and floor. Secondly the tub... had the odd dip in the bottom and when I got in it caused me to slip a couple of times (thank God for the rails). I do not feel the abnormal shape in the bottom of the tub was a normal thing, I feel it was something wrong and a cover up. It was uneven under the tub itself, and there was some obvious patching done (that was coming up) to cover something. This was a turn off for my relaxation in a bubble bath. I did not use the tub for soaking but shower was nice. It does take a min for water to get hot so turn it on in advance to actually wanting to get in. The fridge was ok in the room, but freezer not. It was a frozen block of ice, luckily we had a cooler with ice to keep our drinks ice cold. There was one other alarming thing that happened. We were awoken from a nap before lunchtime to the alarm going off in our room. Apparent false alarm because no one else came out. No one checked on us! It was pretty much perfect and overall a great stay.

Great Place For Families/Anyone That Values Comfort
This our first time staying at an Embassy Suites hotel. We're used to Marriots brand because of the kitchenettes. My kids absolutely loved their stay here. From the check in to the check out everything went very smooth. Our decision to stay in this hotel started with a phone call I made to Embassy Suites and another hotel. I was trying to decide on which of the two we should stay in. When my call was picked at this hotel, I was amazed at the niceness of the person that answered the phone. Most times when one calls a hotel's front desk to make enquiries, the staff that answers the call either sounds grumpy, cold or distracted. But that wasn't the case with this hotel. Nabeel, the staff that took my call was very pleasant on the phone, patient, professional and very understanding. He answered all my questions about the breakfast food, proximity of the hotel from the airport and late check-in nicely with smiles(I could tell from his voice). I decided this was where we would stay when we get to NC. We arrived late and was able to check-in. The night staff, Dementra(Mimi) was professional and very kind to us. She exhibited what I felt on that phone call. My kids love her. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff, Littledeer, was very courteous, nice and kind. She was always ready to help and she guided us around the food area. We missed her at breakfast the next day because she was off. We really wanted to see her and her sweet smiles that lights up the room. Every one I spoke to at the hotel about Littledeer, agreed that she is a sweet lady. Our check out was smooth. Nabeel cheked us out of our room. I did let him know he was a big part in our decision to stay at this hotel because I don't think anybody would like to stay in a hotel that has grumpy staff. Thank you to all the staff that made our short stay a comfortable and beautiful one!
Wished they have a mini kitchen or stove included in the rooms kitchenettes.
