outlets by bed didn’t work. apparently connected to random switch by entry door but not labeled. would have preferred to watch TV using WiFi but DirectTV only thing that worked.

I was exhausted from moving all day, in the heat & humidity; so I went to the hotel at 1:00pm & the gentleman was kind, professional & gave me a room immediately. The room was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. I had to ask the gentleman at the desk for assistance with my key card (due to my mistake) & he was patient & kind, smiling throughout our conversation. The breakfast was great, multiple choices of hot & cold food. The breakfast area was very clean & the ladies working the breakfast bar were happy, helpful and friendly.

Honestly, this is the first time I've never had anything that I was unhappy with. I will definitely stay here again, should I need a hotel in the city I live in again.

Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom lights around the mirror were missing. Only one small light in the bathroom to shave or put on make up. Conditioner bottle was empty and it took 2 days to get filled. Not what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.
