Location, location, location!

The location was perfect for walking the town and seeing a show at Sweetwater.

My room was on the second floor with no elevator access, only stairs.

Breakfast was more that what I was expecting and the complimentary 5 to 7 were also really nice :)

I would have like the option not to change the bed sheet and the towel daily

Beautiful and relaxing stay.

We were lucky enough to get one of the cottage creek rooms that overlooked a small creek that ran through the property surrounded by red wood trees. The room came little patio area that enabled us to make acquaintances with a doe and fawn who had made their way into the tree lined space. The bed was very comfortable, room decorated beautifully, and the spacious bathroom had a large vanity, soaking tub, and shower. We didn't make it to breakfast or the wine/cheese tasting due to our schedule but saw many other patrons making their way into the lounge area that morning. The location is perfect and is a quick walk to many of the cute shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. It's also a very short drive to Muir Woods.

Parking in the main lot was a bit tight but there is another lot that can accommodate a few larger vehicles.

Lovely hotel in s lovely setting. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Mill Valley.

The property is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a gorgeous redwood park. The happy hour and breakfast were included and were lovely. Overall, an awesome place to stay in a charming town.

No elevator to our room and my car got dinged in the parking lot because there are no lines painted and someone parked really close.

nice stay in beautiful Ambiente

It was in a great location, close to Muir Woods in a quiet town. they offer a beautiful breakfast and complementary wine and cheese in the evening. the dining room faces a group of beautiful Californian redwood which is awesome.

Perfection nestled in the coziest town.

The staff and welcome were exceptional. The continental breakfast was the best I ever had. The town just feels tucked away from the world and the inn is just nestled in and quite cozy. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

I like staying here it is close to my children Mill Valley is a great little town

Breakfast was great

Bathroom was small with no place to put anything except in hall Hanging out in the street talking thru a plexiglass wall to check in… time to change this.

Cute walkable town, location of inn made for great relaxing couple of days outside San Francisco.

Welcome bag with snacks and wine. Coupon for champagne at local restaurant. Roomy bathroom with skylight. Balcony, fresh cool air and redwoods right outside the King bedroom.

The central heating/cooling system did not seem responsive to changes. We kept balcony door cracked open which cooled room.

A great stay but quite expensive for what it was.

Great location in the centre of Mill Valley. The room was exceptionally clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was superb; as was the goodie bag of treats.

The bed was very high and bouncy, so that when one of us turned over, the other person got bounced around; waking each of us up. The room wasn't serviced for one of the days we were there, so we had to make our own bed etc. – the price paid was quite expensive for a hotel with no frills.

The walking trails and homes were beautiful nearby

The hotel was very nice and the town was so beautiful and clean.

The only thing was we were woke up every morning by the staff dragging the chairs on our ceiling.. while they prepared for breakfast crowd..

Exceptional

We were upgraded to cottage for free. The room was so cozy and clean. We just loved the tall tress right in front of our cottage. One of the loveliest hotels I have ever been to in the US and also elsewhere. (Breakfast was also great! & fireplace in the room- fun!) Will be definitely back if we come nearby.

Almost nothing. However, if there were indoor slippers in the room, that would have been perfect. Also no door to washing/bath area, which could be uncomfortable for some people.

Very good

Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. Walk to shops/restaurants. Covered parking available, albeit a bit tight spaces. Very nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Would have appreciated make up mirror in the bathroom for those of us who need it.
