The room view, spacious for NY standard, the staffs are lovely (especially Will the doorman)

Pros: Excellent and centric location, modern hotel with restaurants and bar, good breakfast, housekeeping was friendly and very diligent, front desk staff was very attentive, was able to check in early into the room, bath products were great and towels dried well, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons: Hotel rooms in NYC could always be more spacious.

The staff was great and the hotel is very clean.

l’équipe de la réception, froide et presque désagréable. on a même eu droit à un « as I said before » alors sur mon mari lui demandait de répéter car il ne comprenait pas. en arrivant, lit des enfants pas fait. nous appelons. on nous monte (après rappel) des draps et charge à nous de faire le lit. le manager nous a même dit que c’était à nous de faire le lit. par la suite lits refaits (les 2) donc communication incompréhensible. je précise qu’on a réservé et payé pour 4 bien sûr.

Great location. Reception was very welcoming. Room was fantastic.

Was a little noisy facing onto the street, but we slept very well and the views were spectacular!

I always wish NYC hotels would put coffee makers and coffee in rooms. I wish I could get up and have a cup of coffee before showering and dressing and going downstairs.
