Clean bedding, doors locked, toilet flushed
Construction going on in lobby, dirty and noisy. No warning on site till you get there. Bathtub looked like some had taken a sander to it. Breakfast options were limited. Frozen waffle that didn't get brown in broken toaster.

The renovations currently underway look like they will great improve the appearance and comfort of the property.
The fact that there is so much noise transference due to the laminate flooring is definitely something that needs to be addressed. The sounds of people talking, doors slamming and footsteps on the hallways all echo because the laminate flooring does nothing to muffle the sound. Add to that the fact there’s a good 1.5 to 2 inch gap under the suite door and I was awakened countless times during the night and morning. Far from a restful experience

They were remodeling, people shooting up drugs in parking lot, put us in room that we were "not supposed to be in"

The bed was comfortable
They advertised a pool but there wasn't one, which was one of the reason we chose Baymont. The door to the room sagged so the deadbolt would not lock, you only had the top latch and you could see daylight through the door. As a single woman, that doesn't evoke the feeling of safety. The place was pretty run down.
Breakfast was a joke. They ran out if food and coffee, and didn't even replenish. So we never got the complimentary breakfast.
I would choose differently next time.

People were amazing
Did not get the room booked. I booked this room for my elderly parents for their 63rd anniversary. Did not get the handicap room i reserved

Clean & comfortable bed
Although online it indicates that a pool and hot tub are available, neither existed. The photos of the rooms are from long ago and the rooms are old and need paint and electrical renovations (needs more outlets for modern tech). Had to ask for an extension cord to plug in lights on the room along with charging cords for tech. While the beds were comfortable, the room overall was not. Not worth the nightly rate.

location of room and bed, staff's attention to needs, linens sparkling, and room very clean. Appreciated the Coffee bar in lobby which had good coffee!
Vending machines had snacks, but limited food choices. Property could use some refreshing--seems a little "dated" in public areas, but clean.

Conveniently located near freeway and shopping centers. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The outside aroud the hotel was upkept and clean. The lobby was very clean and presentable and the front office staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
Kinda loud at night if you have the window open because you are right next to a major road.

Room was not clean. bathroom especially was dirty, there were spill marks on walls and stains on furniture. carpets needed to be cleaned, stove in kitchenette dirty. water in shower would not get hot.

it was very clean.
the room is in need of remodeling. the bar for the security lock was missing (we had to use the ironing board to reinforce the door lock), the bathroom was missing the bar to hold the toilet paper and the enamel has been rubbed off on multiple locations.

Not quite what you see on their website. I expected better from Wyndham hotels.
When my credit card was to hold our reservation only but when we got there the front desk had already charged it to my card. When i asked the person said this is their procedure. When I asked another person when checking out. The person at front desk could not even answer my question. So misleading on their site. I definitely would not stay there again.

The sheets were clean and the breakfast was decent
Our room smelled like marijuana. The window screen was bent. The carpet was disgusting. There was a high backed old torn up leather office chair in place of a wooden dining chair that was so large it could not be pushed up to the table. It was a complete nuisance and I had them remove it. It was also a fire safety hazard because it blocked the exit out of the window.
The pool has been filled in even though the hotel is advertised as having a pool.
The TV kept glitching when we tried to watch it.
The worst part of our stay were the power outlets! They would not hold anything; they were very loose.
There were only two outlets between the beds anyways so you had to chose if you wanted to use a light, alarm clock, charge your electronics, plug in a CPAP machine, etc. There was a power strip built into the dining table but it also didn't hold onto plugs well either.
This hotel was too expensive for the condition it is in. We will not be staying there again.

Comfortable beds, clean room, nicely furnished and breakfast area was clean and had decent options. Pretty good value in a nice town.

Breakfast was decent. Typical selection of items, plus a waffle maker and Jimmy Dean’s breakfast sausages.
The interior of the hotel is in rough shape. Lots of stains and smells. Apparently the hotel is “non-smoking”, but our room smelled strongly of smoke and the person next to us was clearly smoking in his room (we could smell it and see him smoking by his open window).
There was no staff at the front desk at 11am (check out time). There was a long line and one of the guests had to go searching for a staff member to checkout.
