It was an air conditioned room and a bed for the night. That's about all I can say about it. Having a continental breakfast was fine, but it was a very lack-luster breakfast

I understand that, to a certain extent, you get what you pay for. I understand that this isn't a 4-star hotel. Not every hotel can be fancy and luxurious, but every hotel is capable of being, at the very least, clean. And this hotel was not clean. The parking lot was not clean, the lobby was barely clean, and the cleanliness of my room was very disappointing. There was a significant amount of dust on all of the surfaces, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom had only been surface cleaned, not very thoroughly at all. Also, the latch on my door was broken, so the only working lock on the door was the one on the door handle. Additionally, the pool was covered and closed. It seems like they are understaffed, and the cleanliness and condition of the property is suffering.

This is my favorite place to stay in Austin, the location is really convenient and the restaurant formerly known as star seeds is right there.

well the whole walking in in another family thinking it’s my room is horrible. and they did it to me twice. in addition to that the second time that happened another customer saw me struggling with my suitcase and offered to go to the office and get a key for me. I was like sure go ahead, I didn’t think he would be able to get a key I didn’t know this guy but took comfort in him leaving me alone while I made my way back downstairs. much to my surprise he greets me in the steps with s room key. this was 100% stranger couldn’t even tell you his first name. he was able to get a room to someone else’s room without a problem. I ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else.

I'm a bilateral amputee above the knee! I was lied to when making the reservation about wheelchair accessiblity! I DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE COMMODE OR SHOWER FOR MY STAY!! When I'm through here I'm thinking about bringing charges for them not being ADA compliant!

it wasn’t clean, tv was not working, location very bad and dangerous, changed the room 5 times, not much space to eat breakfast, so noisy

Walls needed to be wiped real good. Looks like someone with kids live there. About the tub on the ceiling, where there's clearly another bathroom on the 2nd floor, has water stains that looks to be mold. I'm just saying there's a leak somewhere.

Bed was comfortable,Heat worked,air conditioner worked, not the refrigerator and no water or Ice machines..Ok place for the Homeless.

The tub area between the lamenated wall and tub needed cleaning and tub had no stoper/plug for tub bathing.This was the first hotel ever,in 40 years of traveling that had such horrible non-existing t.v. cable,it was so bad I could not even watch TBN, or Day-Star,Christian T V shows .Only limited Sports and some limited cartoons..I.e.Popeye!!!!!!

Nothing it was horrible worst hotel in all of Austin Texas. Dump unclean roaches. Bathroom had no water pressure. Mornings staff had big attitude problems. Will never stay there ever again. Unless you want to stay in a room with massive roaches and unclean bathrooms, probably want to stir clear of this trashy place.

Breakfast was nice. The hotel staff was amazing. Each individual was professional, competent, courteous, and responsive. The hotel location met my professional and personal needs.

Better maintenance of the facilities would be a great improvement.

The front desk clerk was rude. They also have a room key to a complete stranger. Luckily when they barged into my room I was wearing clothes. Although I requested compensation for all my troubles Booking.Com and the hotel didn’t offer any.
