Very clean and close to the airport for an overnight stay.

The cleaning person attempted to entire the room while I was sleeping. She didn’t close the room door when she realized I was still in the room. I didn’t discover this until 2 hours later when I went to take a shower. The door was partially open leaving me exposed.

Property is ok

Long story. Lost my wallet in Europe with all bank cards. Reserved hotel with the data sent to me by e-mail, but no physical card. Upon arrival manager wanted me to go and search for another hotel who would accept cash. Thank goodness I had a business associate come and pay for the charges. What a way to treat customers.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. The airport shuttle was convenient.

I loved when I checked in. Quick and easy. She gave me a corner room that was perfect! Free washer and dryer on my floor. I just came back from a cruise and so glad I did not pay $15 for them to wash my clothes. Shuttle to the airport, no charge.. I even went on ahead and signed up for a Marriott number bc from now on, all things Marriott when traveling. Oh, I had my own soap to shower but they have it installed in the shower.. I tried the hotel’s, I slept so hard bc of the lavender in it!

When I first booked the room it was for a King Suite; however, when I arrived it was simply a room with a King bed. I spoke to the front desk and she was understanding and apathetic and quickly and effectively found me a King Suite to stay in.

There was no mention of a parking fee (plus parking tax) prior to or during booking.This may not have changed my decision, but it would have been good to know during the booking process.

Location was close to Miami airport.

Rooms were tired. There is no restaurant or bar. Breakfast finished at 9am - unusually early for an airport hotel with no other food options in the hotel. Staff were unhelpful.

Clean convenient

My room was given to someone who had a similar last name because they did not check her ID and instead of giving me a new room they were going to just have us switch rooms and put me in a room that was used. We had to ask for a different room.
