The room was very nice size, but the second day held big inconveniences.

The room was very nice size and plenty of room for all three of us adults. Breakfast had several different offerings and a nice sitting area.

We didn't have any water in the hotel for most of the second day. There was a notice in the room but nothing was said about it during check-in or when booking the rooms. Was a large inconvenience. Also the sink near the bathroom has a bad mildew smell. The beds are hard so if you're used to a soft bed they can be a little uncomfortable. Our room was right over front entrance so was a little noisy at times. The check-in staff wasn't the friendliest and got a little rude when I asked about any deposit fees. She told me it was $20 per night held, but they actually held $25. It was refunded but is something you need to know upfront so you don't possibly overdraft an account.

The bed was comfortable, very overpriced for the state of the hotel.

The breakfast was decent.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. We asked to borrow a cork screw & were told. We don’t have any… yet there were full and half bottles with corks that were for sale. The TV in the room was in a really awkward spot & there was no hand lotion in the bathroom. Rooms are pretty dated & the hotel had a notice that the water was not going to be working during 10:00am to 5:00pm on April 2 & 3. Good thing I decided to only book 1 night. No discount was offered with the water shut down either.

Maybe another day would’ve had a different experience

Property was clean. Close to the airport. Recommend by my tour company.

Any time I had to call, my calls were either not answered or I was placed on indefinite hold. Hallways were noisy. A gap under the door let the noise roll in unfiltered. Listened to others come and go until 12:30a and then it started again at 5a. Located next to a secondary access door. Airport noise was far less than that of the other guests.

Everything good except room location.End of hall

Breakfast was good and the room was huge and comfortable

Didn't like room being at the end of the hall on 1st floor,people were in and out all night and very noisy.l requested a Upper floor room when booking but didn't get one.

Customer service at night time needs to improve..

Breakfast was a little bit decent

Front desk service, horrible. The woman with a lot of tattoos hate her job, no sense of what customer service means. No greeting anyone and charging your card without telling you the reason and the $ amount. Very disappointed

Trouble with check in and everything felt dirty

Challenging time checking in. The front desk said they did not have my reservation and was not very helpful at that point. Said I needed to call booking.com. It turned out the reservation had been out in with my first and last name switched. It felt like she could have put more effort in and been more kind but she just assumed I didn’t make the reservation and didn’t help until booking.com called her.

I called booking and the agent said he didn’t care, they wasn’t his problem. Booking was rude also.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, but next time I am going to test the beds first.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, free parking with plenty of spots, washer and dryer work good, nice fitness center and nice lobby.

Pool could use a cleaning, rooms weren’t the cleanest, but we managed, the beds were pretty uncomfortable and almost like sleeping on a table with a blanket on it.

It was ok for the short time that we were there.

Breakfast was ok. but the area was neat and clean

The beds were hard as a rock. The refrigerater frame was on the ground. There was 1 TV in a suite. We were there as a family and we all had to watch the same thing. We were expecting a sofabed not a trundle bed. My kids did not like it and it was not comfortable. I sent my kids for additional towels, rags, and a blanket and they were told that someone would bring it. After 30 minutes passed I had to go there to get the items. Also I paid for my stay via Booking.com and was told I had to put a $25 incidental for the hotel store in case we took something from there. I could not understand that because if we did take something we'd just pay at the counter. Upon checking out I was told that it would be refunded in 17 days. 17 Days!!!!!!!! Thats ridiculous. I'm watching my bank daily.

Aging property. Squeaky bed. Sofa dirty. No room to turn my scooter around past the bed area. Scooter would not go into bathroom. Bathroom was clean even if well-worn.

the carpet in our room felt wet and dirty there were holes in floor you could feel them when you walk. Mold in bathroom and the staff stayed in huddles in hallways talking and socializing you had to walk through the huddle or completely around them very unprofessional

Awful

The lady who checked us in was accommodating and polite.

The rooms had the air conditioning switched off when we checked in. We had to move rooms 3 times. We never received a key. A member of staff let us into the room. The desk agent that check us out was inconvenienced by doing her job. The food was warm not hot and limited to choose from.

Great hotel near airport

Everything. The shuttle ride to airport was really great. He was there quick and we were also taken there on-time. Staff is friendly.

Not one thing to say negative about this place. Both times we stayed here has been great. Beds are comfortable and rooms cool and roomy. Highly recommend this hotel.

They were very prompt on coming to pick us up from airport and delivering us there. Staff very friendly. They also has gluten free stuff for breakfast which was very good. I Would highly recommend.
