Awesome budget friendly hotel with good service.

The breakfast was very good. I loved the daily waffles and the egg omelette, fried potatoes, and sausage. Tea and coffee 24hrs was a plus. I recommend this place and would return if I’m at Riverside again.

Beautiful hotel, but with not cell service, internet and tv it was not a good stay. Will NOT be back

Beautiful room Clean Check-in early

NO INTERNET, Internet was horrible! I could not purchase the upgraded internet; it appeared once, and I could never get it back. The hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. The TV Internet was not working, could not see the guide information example of what the show was. The channels were off from the guide. Had to have family call the rook due to the internet and not having cell service. The hotel phone was horrible, could hardly hear the person on the other line.

Not a very memorable stay

The toilet in my bathroom was not fully cleaned .There was a ring around the toilet. Also there was pubic hair in the shower.

Convenient safe place to stay

Staff was great, facilities were good, food for breakfast was good.

A little noisy from guests walking hard above me (not your fault) and traffic could be heard (again not your fault.)

Great Hotel

Breakfast was GREAT! BEDS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! Spa was the best after walking a lot at the Renfaire in Eastvale.

That the room darkening curtains don't close.

location was convenient. continental brkfst was good. staff was pleasant. room was clean with the exception of the carpe

floor in the room was not vacuumed. it wasn’t dirty but I could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed by the pieces of white paper/lint balls that were on the carpet.

Superb

Breakfast was not busy or crowded which I liked. The floor I was on was quiet. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean.

It had its positives but the noise was just too much in wee hours of the night

It was nice and the lady checking us in was awesome truly hospitable and wanted our stay to be the best

Very noisy there was football players staying there. They should have put them together playing plastic guns in the hallway. Some of them was across the hall from us. Breakfast could have been stocked better and all the tables were not wiped.

The staff , was extremely rude from the beginning, I checked out early and the staff didn’t want to help me with at least a partial refund , the toilet didn’t work at all , and when I told someone they said I have to wait a day

We live nearby and stayed because we were having some work done at our house. It is a good place to stay and will recomm

It is in a nice area with eateries within a short walk. The staff was very accommodating and genuinely caring.

Our room was a bit small.

No complaints about people, service and value. Needs the proverbial new coat of paint.

Service and staff were outstanding. Breakfast was Hampton standard meaning pretty good.

Place is in need of a makeover. Every seemed pretty well used.

Feal property is a nice one for the area. We have stayed there multiple times.

Location is great - its in an upscale neighborhood and there is an obvious security service watching over the property and its parking area. Facility was clean and well-kept. Complimentary breakfast was good with assortment of hot dishes and baked options. Also like the fact that warm beverages are available all day/night in the lobby area.

Did not find the bed particulary great - a bit soft for my wife's and my liking. Room did not have a microwave which we particularly enjoy since we usually have leftovers when dining out on a trip.

I have stayed twice before in a suite. clean and accommodating. facilities and staff are great.

Stayed twice before in a suite;excellent. This time 2queens that we’re old and the springs creaked. Noisy be the side entrance and all movement up above could be heard.
